I have to say, the customer service here is excellent.
Unfortunately, my order was handled poorly by An Post and as such, arrived damaged. However, the customer service team here sorted me out within a matter of hours and by the next working day I had my replacement vinyl. I’ve been collecting records for 3 or 4 years now and I have never experienced customer service like that.
The speed at which they operated is amazing and I’ll be keeping them in mind for future purchases (Kingfishr hopefully 🤞)

Great service, nicely packaged and friendly staff
The delivery for delayed due to the major storm but I emailed about that and the customer service was super friendly and informative, telling me why the delay happened and that there is a new estimate date.
The CD arrived nicely packaged and wrapped in an envelope and no scratches or dust anywhere .
