This does not work have now tried it 3 times and still has grime on rubber, no nice smell, I had a blue packet with some sheets in no explanation what they are when reading instructions on warrior wash it said to use a clean cloth to wipe residue which I thought these cloths were for until I used them and they melted and went sticky all in machine made a right mess so avoid at all costs THESE TALBETS DO NOT WORK DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY and they don’t answer email when asking for a refund as they say 100% guarantee money back. It’s a joke

Scammers go to Aldi and buy washing machine cleaner for £2 it’s much better than this ….

You might as well put a £10 note in your washing machine to try to get the gunk out!! it is nonsense …..
They are making money on people who don’t realise that you have to do a 6 month clean on your washing machine… esp in hard water areas ……Don’t Waste your Money!!!!!!
Just buy a washing machine cleaner product every 6 months for no more than £3-99

Anyone else noticed how the 5 star reviews are just listing the selling points of the product … total scam and false reviews

I received this product, used it as described and the tablet didn't even dissolve on the rinse and spin programme it told me to put it on. Used another on a full cycle, it make absolutely no difference to my machine. I asked for a refund through their "100% no risk money back guarantee" to be told that I have to send the item back to America from the UK at my own expense, it needs a tracking number (even more cost) and I can't have a refund on my shipping fees. So basically I would have the agro of sending it back to get probably a few pounds back (which I doubt I'd actually get). I'd be out of pocket with no product. They offered me a measley 25% refund to keep the product. After complaining again, they offered me 50% refund, making out that it's the highest they've offered and then proceeded to block me from responding to accept or decline their offer. I can't comment on their posts either and they seem to have deleted my comments about their fakeness. Their product is absolutely rubbish and fit for the bin. Don't make the same mistake I did. They are literally scammers.

I have not yet tried the product however, I am very dissatisfied with their shipping and handling practices. They make it hard MAYBE IMPOSSIBLE to know how much shipping will be until you click to complete purchase. For an $11 purchase they charged $19 s&h! They are running a scam on that. Also, with all that expensive s&h they did not even get the order correct. They did not put in the “free” tablets that come with your purchase. This must be a fly by night operation bc they are looking to dupe their customers.

They arrived in a reasonable time, and I got what I ordered no bonus extras nothing. Used two tablets as directed, did two cycles last night, the third one is running this morning. I’ve noticed no difference. I wiped all sorts of nasty gunk off the rubber gasket. And how does anyone know if all that ugly black crap came out of the washer anyway? Doesn’t appear to have had any effect. I didn’t try any customer service. Like so many things…. Live n learn

Ordered products Aug 4. Was excited and couldn’t wait to receive order costing $29.95 and $19.27 in shipping costs. Finally found a way to contact company asking where order was. USPS tracking number showed it was sent via DHL from Henderson, Nevada to Tucson,AZ. Tracking information showed it was sitting in Phoenix for days and expected to arrive Aug 20.
I actually received Aug 13. Couldn’t wait to get home and use. Invoice very strange and missing order number, so if you printed out your order and receipt when you ordered, which I strongly recommend, that will show your order number. I received one Family Pack (24 tablets) for $29.95, but actually received an extra 12 tablets in same bag, which I expected to receive 6 tablets in a separate bag, and it was listed separately on invoice w/6 Tablets. Received one package Dishwasher Deep Cleaning Tablets Small Pack (6 Tablets) (Free gift) SAVE 50%, one pack Complimentary Laundry Detergent Sheets (6 sheets) Free Gift (100% OFF) plain blue plastic package - No instructions. Dishwasher Deep Cleaning Tablets Free Gift SMALL PACK (6 Tablets) SAVE 50%. Missing from order and listed on invoice was one Complimentary Safe Appliances Guide Free Gift (100% OFF). I think this company needs better quality control and invoicing. After running 2 Tablets in hot water and washing on Heavy Duty wash, I washed a separate load with some of my dark dress pants and dark tops. They still come out of washer w/what I now believe to be hard water spots. Thank goodness my washing machine never smelled or had mold. I would have had to replace it! After using product, my washing machine looks the same inside after I have run some bleach through it, but looks the best after using ‘cleaning vinegar’ in it. FINISH liquid dishwasher cleaner, worked perfectly and cleaned my dishwasher that left brown streaks on my dishes after I moved into a 25 year old home, with original appliances. Right now I’m on the fence with this product. How do I know, since I can’t tell, if it did any cleaning under center agitator or around gaskets. I will continue to use as directed for a while and see if anything changes. If it changes for the better, hopefully I can update my review.

NOT WORTH THE TIME OR MONEY! They only approve positive reviews. Followed the directions of running multiple cycles for the first use and recommends still wiping the washer unit with a rag which defeats the purpose. Didn't make a difference in our front loader at all, still has the gunk in the front seal and has odor. Emailed company for refund but apparently if you use too many tablets they won't help. I purchased an 18 pack which arrives in ONE PACKAGE, so to use the product you must open it!?

"We are very sorry, but as stated in our shipping and refund policy: "All items originally included with your purchase must be included with your return. If you have purchased multiples of the same product, and have opened more than one package, we can no longer honor our 30 day return policy."

The absolute delay in actually receiving what I ordered has been enough to write this review. At the time of writing this, I am still waiting it's been almost 2 months since this was "shipped" and I have yet to receive anything.

When I made the company aware of the delays they gave me a tracking number for Canada Post and instructed me to reach out to them, THEN I'm to get back to Wash Warrior support with what they could tell me about the delay.

Wait...What?!? I'm informing you Wash Warrior of a delay and your support staff are instructing me to do the leg work to find out what is going on with my package? (*They emailed me back saying this isn't what they said but it's laid out pretty clear in their email response).

I was looking forward to trying the product but now I'm just looking forward to actually receiving it so I don't have to reach out to the dolts at this company.

Mine arrived today, took just over a week from China. Absolutely nothing special, the same as the stuff you can get from the supermarket. Yeah my washing machine and dishwasher are cleaner now, but they are the same as after I use supermarket-bought products. Washing machine didn't smell "amazing" but it didn't smell bad either so that is a plus I suppose

I bought six tablets and used one a week, as per usage instructions, over six consecutive weeks and it made absolutely no difference at all. A complete waste of time and money. The rubber seal had some mold on it and, guess what? It still has the exact same mold !! No pleasant smell either. An absolute con 🤬

Just tried one tablet in machine,no different will try again with some more later,not holding my breath,no free gift came,also sent me tissue wiped 6 of these,no instrutions,tried wiping out machine with one of stuck to my fingers no good at all,I paid 26 pound for my order,I got 10 tablets ,plus dish washer cleaning tablets which I haven't got dish washer,don't remember ordering these,will give them to a friend to try,proberly ordered them by mistake,the order don't look enough for what I paid for,won't be ordering again😣

Not convinced, rubber seal still has marks and the machine didn't smell any better than it does when I use any other cleaner.

Complete waste of money. Still stain on rubber seal which they said would be removed.

Waste of money used them 3 times and even tried 2 tablets on the 3rd go and no luck so dont he fooled by this advertisement as it didnt clean anything or improve the damp smell .

No change after doing as stated on package and using 1 tablet 3 times in a row on a hot wash. Was sceptical after they tried charging me seperate postage for my "free prize" which I queried and was given the option to refuse the prize and they would refund the postage. I refused the prize and was refunded the postage on the free gift but charged extra for the product and now have a huge fraudulant activity on my credit card...hmmm wonder if it could be connected???

Bought this product and used it cause my washer smelled and was making my clothes stink. This stuff was amazing. My washer has no odor and my clothes smell great. I have an old washer ( Top loader). Definitely with the money.

Made absolutely no difference used 2 tablets 1 after another.
Waste of money

Should have checked here first. I agree with other genuine reviews on here that this is just a cheap scam. Literally probably foaming agent and some perfume manufactured in Asia. I don’t normally fall for Instagram or Facebook ads but this time I did. Not again. Annoyed and out of pocket. Save your money this does not work at all. Check reviews on here - positive ones clearly just posted to try and outweigh the genuine negative ones.
