Actually, the rating I give TheWaterBottleStore (including Scott), is a minus five stars (-⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️).
Two months ago placed an order and received no tracking number, no shipment, no delivery, no status.
Sent text, email, phone calls, and got no response, therefore no refund. Scott/TheWaterBottleStore have stolen $75 from me! Obviously this is an illegitimate business. Save yourself from anxiety and from having your money stolen from you, DON’T ATTEMPT TO MAKE PURCHASES FROM TheWaterBottleStore ❗️
I have ordered from Scott five times over 10 years and am always happily surprised that I receive my orders shockingly fast. I found him because I researched a bit to find reasonable prices for collapsible water bottles from reputable manufacturers. I'd owned off-brands before because prices from major makers were too high even on Amazon & EBay. Scott's prices--including shipping--are fair and his stock is good. I won't be buying from anyone else.
I ordered a water bottle that turned out to be defective. After leaving a phone message and e-mailing several times there has been no response from Scott. I asked for a replacement with a different water bottle or a refund and a month later, have no response. Definitely cannot recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered a water bottle from thewaterbottlestore.com on May 20th and it arrived cracked on June 2nd. I left a voicemail at the 1-800 number listed on the website but did not hear back from them until I emailed them 2 days later. Scott assured me that they would send a replacement out free of charge but as of July 2nd, I still have not received anything and no one has replied to my emails. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere!

Upon publishing this review, I was contacted the next day by Scott who owned up to his mistake. To make amends, he immediately shipped out the replacement bottle and refunded my money. I received the water bottle 2 days later in pristine condition. I am happy with the results but sad that it took a negative review to get them. However, the bottle is exactly what I wanted which is why I choose thewaterbottlestore.com in the first place. Thank you Scott!
