I ordered my new business website on Boxing Day, just 4 days later I received my website preview. Absolutely amazed and the design and how quick it was.

The Web Designer Group are really flexible when it comes to their web designing service, you can choose what features you want and even add new features after your website is finished. They simply charge you for the new feature you want, and there prices are very reasonable and not overpriced.

I chose The Wen Designer Group for my website because they're just not a web designing company, I explained to them I needed a web design agency to create images and manage my social media, they explained that they are a full web design and digital marketing service company. In other words they do it all. It so much easier having 1 web design company manage it all.

I had my website re-designed by The Web Designer Group, they have really brought my website into 2021. The design is clean, simple and informative. It looks great on my iPhone too!

The whole process, from quote, to paying, to designing my website and even requesting changes has been extremely professional.

The Web Designer group have been fantastic, some miscommunication on my part at the start of our business together left we a bit worried but they were quick to out me at ease and solve the issues i raised. They have been diligent, professional and very responsive. After some in-depth discussions with my designer the results are a great website that I'm really happy with. The follow up support has also been great.

I called them, got a web design quote, then I had a detailed conversation with my dedicated account manager, and before you ask, YES he had a British accent and he wasn't from India! Really good old fashioned quality service.

I came to Web Designer Group after being recommended by a friend who uses for his SEO, I was a little skeptical at first. However, having spoken to their SEO guys, and what they have delivered in the first 2 months, I am really impressed. They don't lie to you like these other cowboys and promise you this and promise you that. They have a logically, tried, and tested SEO approach.

Several of my sites have been built by The Web Designer Group and their overall experience helped to redesign and build one better than my initial design, recommending newer ways to accomplish what I was after and promote SEO for me.

The sites are attractive and robust and I’ve had no issues with speed or downtime.

I found the web design group really easy and helpful to deal with, made something I didn’t understand as never delt with anything like this before, went from something I was worried about to an exciting experience.

The Web Designer Group have created a number of websites for our company both consumer and business focused sites. The company worked with in our time frame and happy to support and provide ideas that would be best for the functionally and profitability of the sites. Always responsive to our needs with no issues.

Unfortunately had a bad experience with this company. Paid for services that they were unable to deliver. I completed the brief detailing every requirement clearly. They came back nearly 4weeks later with proposed works. I never felt so humiliated in my life, it was too embarrassing. I had done most of the work for them by designing and creating my own PSD files. They had practically done nothing. After they recognised and accepted that this was unacceptable they tried to remedy the situation by saying that senior management was looking into this and that somebody was going to get fired. I requested a full refund to which they agreed, this was around the end of July 20, still haven't seen that refund of £600.00. When I asked to speak to management I was told by the person that they were not allowed to give out the managements contact numbers. It took TWDG over 4wks to realize what I actually wanted and that’s even after sending them 3 links of example websites to look at. If they’d, or he, really looked at what the customer wanted from the start then it could have been handled differently. They just wanted the money ASAP upfront. And who asks for monies upfront before the product/project has been delivered anyway? It’s all so dodgy. I was lied to constantly on a daily basis. Cut a long story short will be going the legal route.

Very disappointed with this company.
Having paid a deposit and provided a full detailed brief of what our company required for a new website, we were promised a first class service and a new design within 2 weeks. . Sadly that did not materialise. Although we received apology after apology for this company letting us down they continued to do so.
We gave them a number of opportunities to improve the service but unfortunately it got worse. Again, we received more apologies. After waiting 8 weeks for a draft website from their design team it was terrible so we decided to seek a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We requested a full refund within 48 hours but was told that we had to follow a procedure to reclaim a refund something we felt was unacceptable when they had already admitted that they had let us down so badly.
We again requested an immediate refund but told that we would have to wait up to 14 days.
To date we haven't received that refund and now as a consequence are considering issuing legal proceedings to recover our money and compensation for the costs we have incurred for all of the delays they caused.

Be mindful of the above when considering using this company. I will update this review in due course to ensure that I reflect a fair and honest review and of course when our money has been refunded.

As of today, the 26th of May 2020 this company has still refused to refund my deposit payment of £1400.00, which means I may now have to issue court proceedings against them, something i had genuinely hoped I would not have to do. As of the 28th of May 2020 we discovered that this company had not filed it's annual accounts with Companies House which could possibly mean that they have some financial issues.

However, their solicitor offered to refund us £750.00 instead of our £1400.00 deposit, which we decided to accept in case the company was in financial difficulties and could end up closing down which would have led to us losing all of our money.

The service we serviced from this company was appalling and not one that we would recommend at all.

Very professional and responsive. Project was completed on time and met all my expectations as discussed. Looking forward to the next project with this team again.
