Do not use them. I hired them to do a CRM. I paid them $3000.00 deposit, then another $3000.00, and received nothing 2 years later. I found out they are in Pakistan, not the US. I was sick for 6 months, and that's why they said no progress. No progress reports, nothing. Then they set up a meeting and copied pages from another CRM. Now they want another $3,000.00 I requested a refund several times they said they worked on it.

Between 2022 and 2024, I paid over $9,600 to a business operating under names like The Webnificent and Aston Digital LLC (and other aliases) for what was promised to be premium services — including dedicated hosting, custom website development, and digital marketing.

What I actually received was poor-quality, unstable hosting that repeatedly went down, making the website unusable. I was then told to pay even more just to restore basic functionality. This is not just bad service — it's a pattern of misleading, high-pressure tactics.

I was also contacted by phone and pressured aggressively by individuals named “Mark” and “Alex,” which I found completely unprofessional and distressing. When I tried to escalate, no one took accountability — and I later found out they operate under multiple company names with ties outside the U.S.

Consumers, especially small business owners or single parents like myself, should be extremely cautious. If something seems too polished or pushy — it probably is.

Fake company, had to come here in trust pilot to let people know about this company, as they left no other way, this company is part of crypto project scamming , they sign contact to build
swaps/ trading app with them to gain trust so that people invests in it . And dont deliver, and the crypto companu adrtises it, and gather investors money and drain it.

Stay away from this company, they scammed us investors with the help of Prometheum Prodigy developers, drained all our money and missed the deadline for completion , not giving any expaination. Shame

This company took $1045 from me .They just continue to ask for more money and when I refuse so they stop communication with me, Alex Costa and did not complete my website did nothing I ask for a refund on day 2 of the process and they just took my money offered me nothing just keep asking for more money they are thieves. WHEN YOU REFUSE THIER OTHER OFFERS THEY WILL GET MAD AND NOT DO THE WEBSITE .DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM THEY WILL NOT REFUND ME AND I HAVE NO WEBSITE HOW DO YOU JUSTIFY THAT. THEY KEEP MY ,MONEY AND I HAVE NO WEBSITE.

Never trust this people they offer very good things when you spoke first time with them but i wanted to update for just clear the adrees and they want to charge for making changes 1 year $250 and just clear the adrees $50 dolars
They didnt mention this in the beggining of the process. I will contact BBB

WebNificient team is a wonderful team. They are highly talented, and hard working group. They have already created 3 websites for me and currently working on my 4th website, a very big website. When I signed up with Webnificent in October 2022 to build our new website, I was a bit concerned because I was not familiar with their work and wondered how good and committed they will be. Soon I was proven wrong. They not only did a good job but their responses were quick. Even though the changes were somewhat complicated and involved several back and forth iterations, Webnificent incorporated the changes very quickly – the same day in most cases. They not only did a quick job, but they also did a thorough job and, in some cases, did a better job than what I had told them to do. For example, they built a nice, animated logo for me and formatted the FAQs page in a pleasing manner. They also helped me build a donation payment page. They were not only efficient, but they were smart!
While I worked with a number of good people at Webnificent, I was particularly impressed with Alfred Jackson, who I interact with currently. As our main event CHAARTDAY 2023 on March 25 is fast approaching, I had to make several nitpicky changes to the chaartfoundation website. Alfred was patient and painstakingly took care of every detail in a prompt manner, practically the same day. He also used to call or text me if he had questions or to say the job was done. Because of his work and the work of other Webnificent staff, I requested Alfred to put Webnificent name on CHAART Wall of Gratitude on our website, which he did. What impressed me about Webnificent also was that they did not simply hand off the website to us once the work was completed. They stayed with it and made changes to the website as and when needed. In short, I am happy I signed with Webnificent and got Alfred on the project.

I have been working with The WebNificant for several months now. They created and developed my website to my satisfaction. Most recently, I have been working with Nick Walters and Alfred Jackson. Alfred he has been available to assist me with all of my request. In some cases, he went beyond to assure that my website would get maximum exposure and he responded to all of my request. He provided the personal touch that any business owner would need to be successful. I hope to continue working with Alfred and this company for my continue success.

This company has proven to be incompetent, uncooperative, uncommunicative, and fail to live up to the ethics held in business principles. They lack the skills to create any dynamic website and in creating a website that has a modern standard of appearance for today.
Since I ended my relationship in its early stages when they failed to communicate regarding my project's progress, as we speak now they are avoiding my calls, phone tagging to reach someone, and are not standing by their money back guaranteed if you are not satisfied. My project was not halfway completed, not even 25%, and they are still dodging to refund and adhere to their money back guaranteed, failing to honor with any business rule of ethics.
Do not be fooled with Webnificent for my experience has been far than magnificent. Invest your money to another firm than here. Don't be fooled by its budget cost, which will only cost you with more than a migraine headache. I suspect the favorable reputation reviews all on the web were created in house from themselves.

Alan and his team were very helpful in building and launching our website. The Webnificent team is responsive and willing to work with you to get the results you want ! We would recommend them for website creation and design.
