The Weight Clinic is a UK-registered online pharmacy clinic, helping eligible UK adults access pharmacist-led weight management care. Our service is designed to make prescription weight-loss treatment safer, clearer and more supportive. Patients complete an online health assessment, verify their identity, and attend a video consultation with a GPhC-registered pharmacist independent prescriber. Treatment is only supplied where it is clinically appropriate and approved by the prescriber. Medicines are dispensed from our own GPhC-registered pharmacy, North Harrow Pharmacy, rather than through an outsourced warehouse. This allows us to provide a more joined-up service, with direct pharmacy support, tracked delivery, and ongoing monthly reviews. We support patients throughout their treatment journey, including those starting treatment for the first time and those switching from another provider with evidence of their current prescription. Patients can contact the team through their online dashboard or by phone, and there is no subscription lock-in. The Weight Clinic is regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council through its dispensing pharmacy, North Harrow Pharmacy, GPhC registration number 1034996. We are also registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under registration ZA791809 and follow NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit standards. Our clinical team includes GPhC-registered pharmacist independent prescribers and dispensing pharmacists. We focus on responsible prescribing, continuity of care, patient safety and clear communication. All treatment is subject to clinical assessment.
