TWC has changed my life

I’ve had a PT, dieted, a tried an ‘online coach’ but everything was very much an all or nothing approach, stuck in a cycle of loosing a bit of weight but one weekend off felt like it completely derailed my progress so I would give up.

Then I found Aylish on Instagram and followed along for a while, really loving her down to earth approach. With so many bad experiences in the past I was very sceptical that anyone could actually make a difference. I’m a busy mum with very little time for myself so was mostly convinced I was a lost cause. However when she talked about the foundations course that was only 8 weeks I figured that I could commit to that. It was such a great insight into what happened at TWC and I started to believe that this was someone who really does care about each and everyone of her clients and genuinely wants to help them reach their goals.

I went all in back in December and it’s a time of year most people would run the other direction but working with Harley I actually dropped weight over the holidays without giving up any of the things that I love. And the progress since has been amazing!

This is absolutely the best investment I’ve ever made, it has completely changed my life in so many ways. TWC is not just another online coach, they’re so hands on and really set you up for success by helping you set up systems that work for you. A truly bespoke experience that’s second to none!

Fabulous, fabulous, fabulous

I’ve now had 2 separate coaching periods with The Wellness Club and I can hands down say it has been the best investment in myself I have ever made!
Before joining TWC, I was always on some sort of diet, never felt happy of confident with myself and my body and was majorly stuck in an all or nothing mindset. Working with TWC and Billie made me open my eyes to this and understand how I could improve my wellness overall for the better.
I have always been someone that struggled to stick to something and would give up after 2 weeks because I didn’t see results instantly. However, I have now learnt to appreciate the little wins and understand how these all add up to get me closer to my goal. I’m by no means perfect now but I’m a consistent girly who finally has a consistent routine that works for ME specifically and who also has the tools to adapt and modify the plan when life gets in the way!
The support you receive from the team and your coach is incredible and, after trying lots of different things in the past, TWC beats them all. No matter how big or small the question, the worry or the issue, Billie always found a way to help me work round it and adapt the plan! I could message her whenever I needed and would always be met with friendly enthusiasm and motivation!
If I look back now to a few years ago when I initially joined TWC, I didn’t realise how much it would change my day to day life- I wanted something that I could work on and adapt while travelling full time and that’s exactly what I got!

I just want to say a huge thank you to the entire team for literally changing my life. The Wellness Club is a community I will always be thankful for and it’s only just the beginning of my journey!

TWC has changed my life

The Wellness Club has genuinely changed my life — and I don’t say that lightly. I joined just over 16 months ago carrying quite a bit of baggage: a history of eating disorders, fairly severe body image issues, and a decade of being permanently on some sort of diet. By that point I knew exactly how to lose weight (impeccably, in fact), but had absolutely no idea how to maintain it — which is rather the important part.

I was also deeply sceptical about online coaching. I’d tried things before and nothing had ever stuck. But 16 months on, working within TWC’s framework, I can honestly say it isn’t just clever marketing. At no point have I been left to fend for myself when something came up. Every question, panic, or minor existential crisis about my body got a proper, thoughtful reply — not some generic AI-sounding bs . For 16 months. Not once did they drop the ball.

They won’t magically do the work for you, but you’re given far more support and structure than you could reasonably expect. The hard bit, at least for me as a slightly unhinged perfectionist, was learning that in fitness “less is more” isn’t just something people say to be annoying — it’s actually true.

There were moments I felt completely lost, but never abandoned. My PT, Billie, has become such a steady and integral presence in my life it almost feels odd to remember we started as strangers on a videocall. The matching process wasn’t random at all — they asked an impressively thorough round of in-depth questions and clearly paid attention, because she gets me in a way that still surprises me. She knows exactly when to ground me, when to be kind, and when to gently call me out on my nonsense (which, to be fair, is a valuable service).

I completely understand why people feel a bit unsure about online coaching — I certainly did — but TWC really is something special. I couldn’t recommend it more if I tried✨

The best investment in yourself!

Joining The Wellness Club is a big investment, but it is hands down the best investment you could ever make in yourself! I toyed with it for a while, watching Aylish’s videos on insta and trying all different diets and workout plans. My only regret is not starting sooner!
I love that your goals are exactly that- YOURS. Everything is so personalised to you and is always about WELLNESS not weight loss. Some programmes feel like they are pushing you for their own sake, to be able to use you as before and after photos, but not this one! Weight loss is absolutely not the focus- instead putting in place all the resources that you need to then lose weight without really thinking about it!
My coach Harly has always been there to listen to my thoughts and ideas and pull them together. I have smashed PBs in the gym, ran a 10k and 5k PB, am consistent with steps and sleep, I feel fuelled and strong and my body composition has changed significantly. All of the team are always there to listen, share ideas and champion each and every one of us. My biggest change of all has been my mindset. I used to be a perfectionist and was all or nothing, but TWC has shown me that the key is consistently showing up for yourself whether that be smashing runs and gym or prioritising sleep and steps.
I can’t recommend it enough!

AYLISH IS AN AMAZING GEORDIE BABE

I honestly can’t recommend Aylish and the wellness club enough. She is so down to earth, non judgemental and a relatable babe! Also don’t we just love a girl thriving and doing what she loves? Looking back, the biggest things I’ve taken away and still use are habit stacking, setting small achievable goals and building on them over time, and most importantly, being kinder to myself as I am very critical and sometimes mean to myself!

Since finishing the coaching, the biggest lasting change has been my mindset. I’m far more positive and compassionate with myself, which has had a huge knock-on effect — I feel more in control around food and no longer fall into emotional eating patterns like I used to. I had a baby 10 weeks ago, and instead of feeling overwhelmed or pressured, I genuinely feel calm and confident knowing I have a sensible plan to prepare my body for fat loss when the time is right. My first gym trip is Friday and I’m EXCITED and I’m looking forward to feeling fitter!!!

The things I stopped doing were just as important. I no longer leave meals until I’m starving, and I’ve completely moved away from an all-or-nothing mentality. That alone has made everything feel more sustainable and far less stressful.

This coaching would benefit any gals who feels stuck — especially someone who keeps trying the same approaches without seeing or feeling real change. It’s perfect for anyone who wants lasting results, not just physically, but mentally too.

If I were starting again, I’d make the exact same decision without hesitation. This coaching has genuinely improved my mindset and helped me become more proactive and confident in working towards the goals I set for myself.

Belated but well deserved raving review!

Working with Aylish was genuinely one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my health and confidence. Looking back, the biggest things I still carry with me today are the confidence she gave me in the gym and the solid understanding of correct form and exercises. I no longer feel lost or intimidated in the gym, and I actually know what I’m doing. On top of that, she completely changed my mindset around nutrition and helped me understand just how important it is for both performance and everyday life.

During my time being coached by Aylish, I lost 2 stone, but the results went far beyond just the number on the scale. My body composition changed massively — I looked stronger, felt stronger, and for the first time I developed real body confidence. I stopped obsessing over weight alone and started appreciating what my body could do. Even after finishing coaching, I’ve largely maintained these results, which says everything about how sustainable and educational her approach is.

One of the biggest breakthroughs for me was realising how much I was undereating before. I had no idea how much this was holding me back. Learning to properly fuel my body had a huge impact on my energy levels, my training, my mood — honestly everything. That shift alone was life-changing.

Aylish’s coaching would benefit any woman who needs accountability, guidance, and genuine support — especially if you’re fed up with repeating the same patterns and not getting lasting results. She meets you where you are, supports you fully, and pushes you in the best possible way.

If I were starting again, I would 100% make the same decision without hesitation. Aylish isn’t just an online coach — she’s someone who equips you with confidence, knowledge, and tools that stay with you long after the coaching ends. I can’t recommend her highly enough. 💖

Best investment I have ever done for myself! For someone who has had 1-1 PT sessions and found my love for fitness since 2019, I was still up and down feeling lost postpartum and how to get back to it all then I found the amazing girls at TWC!

I was so worried it was going to be one of those copy and paste recipes and workout plans but let me tell you it is the complete opposite, I have a mini fitness bestie in my pocket! Extensive resources, regular contact and unlimited questions answered if needed - it really is the best community!

It has given me that accountability to keep going and it is making my weight loss journey a lot easier!

Do it! Take all the opportunities TWC brings

I cannot tell you how off brand for me the decision to sign up for the wellness club was. Previously, I’ve been a gym member on and off, I’ve done a lot of different diets with mixed success which doesn’t last but I was so fed up. This felt initially like a big commitment and a big investment, which it is but I have zero regrets. This accountability, paired with totally bespoke coaching and weekly group support sessions has totally transformed my life. You’re probably here for the stats, right? I’m 18 months in, I’ve lost 6kg and kept it off but my body composition is completely different. I’ve completed 169 workouts, literally the most consistent I’ve ever been at anything.
Frankly, that’s the tip of the iceberg though. I’ve tracked my food in a non-judgemental but informed way. I’ve tried so many new activities, foods, habits and rituals that support me and my life. I left a toxic work environment, I’ve prioritised relationships that are supportive and healthier, I’ve reduced my working pattern to follow my passions. I’ve made a beautiful group of like minded friends and understand myself so much better for having gone through this and engaged with all aspects. So yeah, I’m fitter and I feel more confident in the gym but it’s been so much more than that.

Aylish’s realistic, low stakes approach (what I’d eat if I had to buy a meal deal at my 9-5 videos) is what appealed to me initially. I didn’t have the lifestyle where I could always have beautiful meal prep or just eat less. Everyone on this team is singing the same song. Progress and good choices > perfection. That’s been so liberating.

Billie, my coach, is amazing. She’s a recipe gal, queen of the snack plate, tolerant of my need for constant variety and personal cheerleader extraordinaire. She’s just gotten to know me so well that she just understands how I work best and what I need from workouts. Gives great advice, a gentle nudge when needed and is always 100% in my corner.

Frankie, for the personal growth. Thank you for the space and healing vibes you provide the group every week. The voice of reason, a non judgmental sounding board for all of life’s ups, downs and dilemmas. She’s provided us all with the courage to make some incredible changes this last year.

If you’re considering coaching, I can wholeheartedly recommend TWC. It’s okay to feel a bit nervous about taking the first step. Holy moly, so worth it.

The best coaching experience!

The Wellness Club has well and truly changed my life for the better! I’d completely fallen out of love with myself and lacked confidence. I was apprehensive to start as I expected unrealistic goals and nutritional plans but that is where the Wellness Club is so different!
I started with 3 simple workouts to build up my confidence in the gym. As my confidence grew in the gym the workouts changed and I was given tips on how my nutrition could be improved. I’ve seen results I never expected. I’ve gone from no routine and skipping the gym, to now waking up at 5am to go to the gym, just because I love it!
The support you get is unmatched and is the main thing that has kept me going on this journey. After being with the wellness club for 2 years I am so much happier and healthier, and the love I have for myself has grown.
I’m grateful I was brave enough to join and encourage anyone looking to become a better version of themself to do the same!

Exceeded all expectations

Before starting, I was worried about wasting my time and money and not sticking to it, but this experience has been completely different 🙌 I’ve found a lifestyle I genuinely enjoy and actually want to return to after holidays or time off. My food noise, especially around chocolate, has massively reduced since learning that eating the right amount reduces cravings. My confidence in the gym has grown too — I’ve gone from only doing classes to using new machines, lifting heavier, and feeling comfortable in all areas of the gym 💪. Life feels easier now because I’ve been taught how to eat, train, and balance real life alongside social events 🥂⚖️. The support is unmatched: constant check-ins, real education, positivity with the right amount of tough love, and a community that truly supports you 🤍. Life-changing experience and I’d recommend it to anyone who thinks their goal isn’t possible — it absolutely is 🫶

The best thing I’ve ever done!

Before I started at The Wellness Club I’d been trying to lose weight and improve my running for years, but never really had a solid plan. That has completely changed now. I’ve run distances I could never imagine (a whole marathon!) and I’m so much better educated on what foods to eat and how to fit my nutrition around my goals.

Since I started my confidence has improved massively and I’m able to navigate loads of different situations without losing any of my progress!

Would highly recommend The Wellness Club coaching to anyone who feels like they’ve already tried everything and needs a bit of guidance to get on the right track!

It’s part of my life

I’ve been following Aylish for a while and thus considered the coaching long before I actually jumped in. I’m so glad I did but so annoyed I waited so long!

My initial goal was to get into a routine and they listened. They did not force fat goals onto me or schedule anything outside of what I wanted to do - which I really really appreciate. Obviously they suggest the odd rogue idea to get you thinking and maybe trying new things, but you’re in control.

Not only do I feel more capable and educated around food, fitness and wellness, but I generally feel more confident in myself outside of these things.

The Wellness Club was a pivotal change in my “all or nothing”mindset and has really made fitness a part of my routine rather than a box to tick.

All the coaches are fab and so are the other club members! Don’t think I’ll ever leave

Joining The Wellness Club has been truly life changing for me. From my very first enquiry, I was treated with genuine kindness and unwavering support. The team helped me incorporate fitness into my lifestyle in a sustainable and enjoyable way, turning it from a chore into something I look forward to.

Best investment I've made in myself

Working with The Wellness Club was the greatest thing I've ever done for myself. Before, I didn't have any real goals or aspirations for myself because I didn't think I could achieve them but since then, working with my coach, I have ran multiple half-marathon, a marathon, climbed a mountain, started training at the gym and hitting so many PBs. Outside of that, my relationship with nutrition has hugely improved - I've learned so much and my coach also supported me in creating habits and other techniques to support my wellbeing outside of food and movement.
