The communications leading up to my appointment were great. Upon arrival and pickup the reception admin staff were superb - polite, professional, knew their stuff. When I saw my car I was literally bowled over backwards by the quality of the workmanship - outstanding. Thank you to all at Wheel Specialists at Fareham!

I hit an object in the road that couldn’t be avoided. I was left with two buckled wheels which caused a horrible rumble in the car. I took my car to the wheel specialist in Fareham for them to look at. On arrival the young lady in reception was very helpful and polite. I was only booked in for an inspection of the wheels but less than an hour later both wheels had been straightened by the team, everyone there was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about their jobs. The price was very fair and saved me a fortune with not having to buy two new wheels. I honestly couldn’t have been happier with the service and quality I received at The Wheel Specialist Fareham.

I used the Segensworth Fareham branch of the Wheel Specialist I found them to be extremely well organised and professional.

I choose to have the wheel refurbishment done over a weekend dropping the car off Friday afternoon and collecting it Monday evening. The wheels were in desperate need of repair - they now look absolutely fantastic.

Excellent service, from initial contact, quote and job completion in 2 days. Mercedes stock wheels returned to factory finish. Dropped off car day one, wheels removed, tyres removed, refurbished, powder coat and bake, tyres replaced with new valves and balanced, refitted to vehicle, collected day two. Highly recommended !

Dropped my car off on Tuesday afternoon. Received a call next day to say two wheels had flat spots and did I want them repaired. I agreed to repair and received a further call that afternoon to say my car was ready. Arranged to pick it up next day. Wheels look like new now. Staff were al very friendly but not pushy. Would definitely recommend The Wheel Specialist

I drove my son to Fareham TWS to collect his refurbished wheels. I mentioned to Jake that my car was suffering vibration at high speed, he arranged for me to attend a week later and check my wheels for balance/trueness. Unfortunately all 4 wheels were badly damaged (by potholes), necessitating new OEM replacements. I think Jake felt sorry for me and did not charge for this service, something I really appreciate! Needless to say I retuned to Fareham TWS to have the new wheels tyred/balanced.
I have no hesitation in recommending them/using them in the future, for tyres, balancing, truing up of wheels or refurbishment, thank you Jake.

All in all very good and happy with the results but a few minor issues regarding the quote, and the final bill, which was resolved quickly though, so in the end all ok, just need to be a little more clearer re quote and final invoice
