Very professional and friendly. I had both my rear wheels done and they came out as new. They were spot on asking us to drop off and pick up timings and the car was ready to be driven off in time. Would recommend them to anyone without any hesitation.

The staff are very professional & friendly.
I brought my car on the 3rd & I was told it will be ready at 4 pm the following day. At 3 pm somebody phoned me that my car is ready for collection.
Whatever price they gave me before the work commenced & it's the same price when it was finished.
Highly recommend wheel specialist, Swansea. That was my 2nd time to bring my wheels to be fixed & re painted.

Good finish on MX5 2.0 Sport silver alloy wheels refurbishment.
All done in a day.
Handy location for city centre.
They did the same wheels 10 years or so ago.

There are cheaper alternatives further afield but nothing significantly cheaper that i could find locally to make me consider going elsewhere.

First class job. I had badly damaged my diamond cut wheel and tyre. Picked it up today and you would never know it had been damaged. Online booking service was excellent and they matched the tyre to the rest of the car.

The wheel specialist were absolutely fantastic the service and advice was spot on what a fantastic job they done on my wheels they look brand new the staff and receptionist were very friendly and if you need your wheels done this is the only for looking after me place to go Thanks so much Derek

Fantastic service. My wheels on my 18 plate Mini had started to crack like old China plates and were starting to flake. Booked in for a strip and powdercoat and what a job they did, fantastic, lush black powdercoat finish. Thank you guys 😊

FOURTH TIME NOW IVE USED THESE GUYS, THEY REFURBED ALL 4 WHEELS ON MY VAUXHALL COMBO LIFE ABOUT 7 MONTHS AGO FROM THE CRAPPY FACTORY FINISH TO A STUNNING SMOOTH GLOSS SILVER FINISH.
ONE OF THE WHEEL UNFORTUNALTEY GOT DAMAGED WHEN A TYRE WAS BEING CHANGED AT A LOCAL DEPOT, I RANG RIBBLE VALLEY, SENT THEM PICS AND THE END RESULT, THEY HAVE SORTED IT OUT PERFECTLY FOR ME, COULD NOT BE HAPPIER, THANKYOU SO MUCH FOR AN EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL JOB....AGAIN

Took my damaged alloy wheel along to Newcastle branch which needed diamond cutting etc and I am totally delighted with the result. It truly looks brand new and I couldn't have asked for or expected any better. The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable and in particular Shane who was totally professional at all times. Competitive pricing and brilliant service!

Came in with a cracked alloy, booked in for it to be welded and refurb the alloys from black to silver, all done on one day once booked, very polite staff and the whole process went very smoothly! Thanks for all your help

The wheels on my Mercedes ML 350 were looking a bit tatty and a bit on online research came up with The Wheel Specialist in Nottingham. What a find! The wheels look factory-fresh after a complete strip and respray, and new tyres were fitted all-round, too. Fantastic workmanship, a great price and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Put 1 alloy in for a diamond cut refurb, first time they had damaged the wheel on tyre machine putting the tyre back on with a 3 inch long scratch. Left it it to be done again, bearing in mind I have now lost a cut on that alloy. Went back to pick it up the next day and there was a black mark on the diamond cut edge, in exactly the same place as where it had been damaged, where apparently black stuff had come out of the lacquer gun, that I'm assuming only ever has lacquer in it.?? The technician who damaged my wheel initially replied I didn't do it on purpose and had to be pushed to apologise, couldn't have cared less I had to take another day to mess around with it. Found my centre cap from my wheel stored under the trolley jack🤮. If you care about your car being looked after don't take it here. Jodie the person from front of house couldn't have been more apologetic and offered me the wheel free of charge and 3 others free and also some care products which was as much as she could do but I'm afraid I've lost all confidence in the place. The attitude of the technician just really destroyed any trust I had in them taking care or my car. Edited this review as the response to email head office is a trustpilot auto response. Emailed head office about poor service, herd nothing.

I Had my vw caddy wheels diamond cut just over 12 months ago i noticed that they were starting to blemish I was asked to bring the van on for them to have a look at after inspection they said they would do them again if I just paid for 1 which i agreed with so the van was booked in the wheels re done and they are back to being brand new again excellent service and good customer service 😁

Second time using the Wheel Specialist. Not only an excellent repair, I would like to thank Leola for the excellent communication and changing the amount of wheels to repair very quickly. The main dealerships could learn a lot!

Great job done on a set of Abarth wheels , very friendly and helpful staff , listened to what I wanted and got the perfect finish of a gold shimmer over black , would highly recommend
