Took my son's Fiesta to Wheel Wizards after months of having an issue with the tyre going flat every few months. He had already replaced the tyre twice thinking it was a slow puncture but the problem still persisted. The guys at wheel wizard took the wheel off and discovered it was dented right away. They refurbished the alloy and fixed the dent. Looks like a brand new wheel and the issue has finally been solved. Highly recommend these guys. Great job at a great price.

Had my alloys done here and the process was so quick, simple and easy, would definitely recommend! The work is carried out to a very high standard. The staff are amazing and so so helpful, a very smooth process from enquiring to picking up my vehicle. They managed to fit me in with short notice to fit my needs. 10/10 service!

Easy to deal with, not the easiest place to find, but once located plane sailing. Really good work refurbishing the Alloys on my E92 BMW. With great colour match and selection of finish, and good price, what’s not to like. Thanks team.

Absolute brilliant service I couldn’t recommend wheel wizards highly enough.

I had a set of badly damaged alloys they were very professional and very quick to respond to me and give me updates on my car and inform me on what was going on.

Both the staff was very friendly and assuring and done a superb job im very happy with and they are worth every penny.

I have no hesitation that I’ll be using them again for my other vehicles and they will be the first I’ll recommend.

10/10 experience at wheel wizard. Communication was always on pointe. Very helpful and listened to what I wanted and answered all my questions. My wheels are amazing I would recommend again and again.

Great service initially. Really happy with the job. Attended a main dealer to paint my callipers.

12 months old, the calipers start peeling.

No drama I planned to get some touch up paint which I was obviously going to pay for.

Poor communication then was told they can’t send touch up pack. All touch up pens are mixed so why they couldn’t mix then send I don’t know. Not travelling to Coventry every time they need a touch up

Took their advice on Candy Red not the normal colour so can’t even get a similar colour.

This has now been resolved. Nicole has sent over the touch up hence my updated rating.

Got two of our cars alloy wheels refurbished and painted gloss black. The communication and service was great and the cars both look so much better now.

I contacted them via WhatsApp. I screenshot photos of my alloys that needed refurbing with a photo of what I wanted from their IG page. I wanted my calipers doing too and sent a photo of what colour i wanted. I was given the breakdown of the costs. All in one colour and calipers £435 or diamond cut alloys with a black oil change and calipers for £505. I chose to pay £505 and get the diamond cut and calipers. I paid £40 deposit and secured a date for 2 months time.

On the day i dropped my car off, I was informed my alloys could not be refurbished with a diamond cut due to extensive damage. I chose to get an all in one colour change instead with my calipers. When I collected my car, i paid and left. After a busy day I realised when I got home that I overpaid by £70. I paid £505 instead of £435. When I WhatsApped them, I was told because my calipers had glitter in the colour, I had to pay £45 extra on top and they started talking about colour packages and a 3 colour change system and what i paid covered the additional costings. The cheek. At the time of the booking the photo I sent had glitter in the calipers, there was no mention of an additional £45 charge. On the day i dropped my car, I confirmed I wanted glitter, again, no mention of an additional charge either. None of this was mentioned before hand which really upset me. I repeatedly said I was only paying for what I agreed to, there was no mention of additional costings, we were going back and fourth, it took 4 days to get my £70 overpayment back, i felt like i was begging in the end. Extremely poor customer service. I really loved my alloys but the experience of this has ruined it. Please take care when booking.

From start to finish Wheel Wizards customer service was 10/10. I contacted them several times with regards to re-painting my callipers & disks. Never in a hurry, always listened to your suggestions & gives honest feedback. The work was carried out within a full day, the guys explained to me the process (putting my mind at rest) Finally the workmanship was superb & I was extremely pleased with the finished product. I Highly recommend Wheel Wizard & wish them all the very best. Thanks!

Had been thinking about a refurb of my damaged alloys for some time.
Contacted Callum at Wheel Wizard in Coventry.
Callum requested I forward some images of the alloys in their present condition which I did. A price was provided and Callum explained what work was required.
I was most pleased with the work undertaken. The alloys look brand new and the work was completed within the timescales quoted!
Callum is genuine, knowledgeable and has a very good focus on customer service.
