Quality product with great service and even quicker service!

My order never arrived. I wrote to customer service, but they never gave me a coherent answer to my questions. I'm very disappointed. Terrible service.

This is fantastic! I am extremely happy because I now have a permanent solution for my library collection. Until now, because of my shabby handwriting, I was refraining from writing my name in my books. I also avoided putting name-and-address stickers on the pages. However, I feel that a book embosser is the most aesthetic way to add a personal touch to a collection.

Arrived on time and emails kept me up to date on arrival. It is for a Christmas gift and I was worried about it getting delivered on time! Excellent service and it looks very impressive! I’m sure my son will love it.

This item is really lovely. There were a lot of choices design wise.

The only thing i would chsnge are the assembly instructions, a leaflet instead of a qr code would be helpful too.

Came from china, and arrived quite quickly.

If it only stamps lightly, take it apart and retry as I had it set up wrong the first time, sorted it out and everything worked really well then.

The book embosser is fabulous! Such a classy way of marking your own books with your name and emblem!
The stickers are an additional bonus.
I have embossed all my literary classics as they’ll be in my library forever…love it so much I have bought another for a family member

It has taken almost 3 weeks and still not been delivered. They don’t make you aware that it is being sent from China which is very bad business practice. Had I known that I would have known to expect a long delivery time and would not have ordered. Very poor customer service just keeps telling me that it’s still in transit which I can see from the tracking. The item has sat with the courier for over a week and not moved. Customer service do not help at all. Just expected to wait and see what happens. AVOID.

Amazing customer support! Super helpful when I accidentally spelt my name wrong on the customisation! They responded to my email super quickly and even sent me some free stickers! Very happy with this purchase.
