I have used this moving van for relocation from Norwich to Scotland . Apart from chasing up for the time for coming , the service is great and enjoyed throughout the travelling . The price is also quite reasonable compared with other moving van service . The owner and staff are friendly as well as professional . My items are as good as I packed .

A very fair priced company.
The staff are extremely polite, helpful and trustworthy. They would certainly go the extra mile to help you sort things out that you need help with.

I certainly don’t recognise the negative comments made in one or two of the other review. Our experience was totally different. It was a positive and efficient service experience. I have been helping my 91 year old neighbour relocate and move from Norwich to Derbyshire to live with her disabled daughter. Dave came and quoted us a very fair price for the 175 mile journey so we accepted the quote and paid him the £50 deposit and after a hiccup with the wrong email address I duly received a receipt. On the day of the move Dave and his mate arrived as agreed and loaded the van very quickly and were soon on their way. On arriving at the other end they went over and above to help the wheel chair bound daughter to organise the unloading. So my conclusion is that we all found them to be Friendly and courteous and with a professional “can do” attitude to do business with and we would certainly use them again and recommend them to others.

You need to beware of this company. They took my deposit and then served up radio silence. No receipt for the deposit and they never ever spoke again. The phones did not even connect (when you try to call them, you get a 'this call cannot be connected' message). Needless to say they did not rock up on the day of the move. Thank god for Jarretts (the company I called to replace the services that this one ripped me off of)
**update, I’ve asked for the refund that they said the’d give in their response. I’ll update again if I actually receive it.
**update - as of Oct 13, 2021 they have not answered the email nor issued a refund. So we can be sure that this company is a total scam and their response is meaningless. I would stress that anyone beware of dealing with this company.

David and his co-worker made what was a last minute, stressful move a lot easier! Was very careful with all of my furniture and boxes and got everything sorted and loaded quickly. Would definitely use again. Thank you David for your help!
