I saw they had lots of good reviews which filled me with confidence. I already had shutters from another company but they weren’t suitable for our tilt and turn windows since we couldn’t open our windows fully. Tim came round and explained that he would not have recommended the frames we had been given for our windows and that he could fit a frame outside the window reveal and that we would be able to open our windows fully. Although we had only had our shutters for seven years and they were in good condition I decided to go ahead and have them replaced.
Tim was professional and friendly and I was kept up to date by Liz on how our order was progressing. The installation process could not have been better, removing our shutters and installing the new ones was carried out very efficiently by Tim and Martin. The shutters look lovely and have been installed beautifully. It has been a such pleasure to deal with The Window Shutter Company and now I can open my windows!

I stumbled upon The Window Shutter Company while researching what sort/type of blind I wanted for my project. Their website filled me confidence and when I made my first contact, the whole process seemed to happen quickly. The measure up/survey was very detailed, Tim explained our best options which we went with. We were kept upto speed with all progress after we placed the order and the installation process was fantastic, leaving us with great shutters and everything nice and clean and tidy.

Tim was professional, friendly and took the time to explain all the different options available to me and set clear expectations on timelines. Throughout I was kept up to date by Liz on how the order was progressing and on instillation day Tim and Martin were punctual, efficient, did a great job and left the place spotless. I’m so pleased with how the shutters look and will definitely be using The Window Shutter Company again in the future.

Tim and Liz have been nothing but professional, efficient, patience and plain old nice. Tim took the time to explain all the different options available to us and answer our millions of questions. They were very clear on timescales and that it wouldn't be possible to make changes once the order was made. The shutters ended up arriving a little earlier and they were quick to ask if we wanted to move installation forward. Tim also found a perfect solution for us when we weren't 100% happy with what we ordered. Tim and Martin did a great job of installing the shutters that now look like were always there, and left the place spotless. We couldn't be happier with the service provided and the shutters are a beautiful addition to our home.

This was the second occasion I used this company and, like the first, I was delighted with the end result. The product, professionalism, cleanliness, efficiency and communication was first class in every respect.

Perfect service from initial site visit and consultation through to fitting. Top quality product arrived within the suggested timeframe and Tim and his friendly colleague arrived promptly to fit. Fitting was quick, expedient and professional with a clean finish not just to the shutters but the rooms aswell which I wasn't expecting. You wouldn't have known they were here except for these stunning additions to our bungalow which really set the rooms off. Thank you so much. Highly delighted and would highly recommend. Liz also offered superb communication throughout by email to keep us informed of a date for fitting. Professional expert team!

The Window Shutter Company installed shutters in multiple rooms in our house. They were friendly and professional from coming in and providing us a quote through to installation. The shutters look lovely and I'm very happy with the overall result.

We are so pleased with our shutters and it was a pleasure to deal with Tim and Liz once again.(They fitted shutters to another property of ours in 2017).They offer a superb product and treat you like friends and even Andy ,their new fitter, seems like a good addition to their team.

Was going down the Blinds route until I saw my parents Shutters from The Window Shutters Company and I was sold.
Tim came round and helpfully guided me through the Shutters, fittings and colours. I decided on Seattle (MDF) and Taupe - very happy I did and the colour was stylish, perfect for both the Living room and Master Bedroom.
Lead time was estimated at 14-16 weeks due to Brexit and the Pandemic which was fine. Liz kept me updated on progress during the lead time, which was great. Fitting was arranged at the 15/16 week mark, and was professionally fitted by Tim & Andy and only took 1 hour per window.
Overall, extremely happy with the Shutters, finish, colour, friendliness and the communication throughout the process and I would highly recommend.
