Hi there , got a price which was very good and the agent said they would phone me back before 10pm to verify if I was taking the deal. After 10pm and still no call on the Friday night so phoned them in the morning and was told he stared at 14h00. Phoned at 16h00 and was told that he was off sick but would be in on Sunday. The airline had my reservation so all would be in order although I had not paid for the flight yet. On Sunday he phoned me back just after 14h00 and after a lot of nagging and persuasion got the price down to £539.69 which I was at last happy with, due to the prices having gone up since the airline cancelled my reservation due to no payment. All in all Abhi was very professional and bent backwards to try and accommodate a person. Very impressed that is why the 5 stars!!

So.... we had a car crash on way to airport for our holiday to Thailand, 12/10/2017.
Myself and four kids, understandably extremely shaken and in a lot of pain, it completely slipped my mind to inform the airline that we would have to cancel our flight.
I phoned WiseMiser one we'd been checked out by hospital and eventually got through to Sharon, our booking agent, who said she would return my call within the hour.
On receiving her call I was informed that it would be a further £489pp as we hadn't cancelled, yes, I did explain the circumstances, but the airline had put it down to a no show and subsequently cancelled return flights also.
I protested this action to no avail and was informed at this stage that I would perhaps receive a £50/£60 refund pp. I stated that I'd prefer to delay the holiday and were willing to fly from any airport.
Sharon said she would call me back within the hour.
I called her again on the Saturday 14/10/2017 as I'd had no contact with her, no reply, left message on answer service.
I called her back once more on the Saturday a little later, she said she'd call me back within the hour.... I'm still waiting Sunday 15/10/2017 16.47pm.
Not a happy traveller.
