Have used Wisemiser on a few occasions, always using Annie. Prices very compatable, in line with prices if booking direct with the airline itself.
I find Annie very pleasant, polite and professional, always willing to help to find the best deal, never pushy to take something that doesn't suit. Documents & Tickets arrive as stated.
