Purchased the 6mx3m Urban Pool from Trina. Communication excellent. Pool delivered within 2 weeks from ordering along with the Heat Pump, Hoover and swim jet. All recommended. We also used Trina’s suggestion Jamie re installation.He and his guys gave a price. Stuck to it. Turned up on time and installed the whole pool within 3 days. Cannot recommend the whole process highly enough. From delivery we were using the pool within a fortnight. Superb service.

Such great service from Trina and the team. So quick to respond and to give advice. We LOVE our pool. We had a builder build it for us but if you have the time it is simple to do and so worth the effort!!!

Friendly and helpful company who stock great wooden pools!

Took a while to put together a bit tricky but we finally finished The Pool and we love it the kids think it’s great they’ve been in it all summer. We have an air source Heat pump and would recommend having one it’s so lovely and heats really well.

Overall, an excellent experience with an efficient and friendly company. Pool arrived as advised with nothing missing. Only issue was the lack of clear, sometimes ambiguous, build instructions which meant that I had to contact the company a number of times. They did their best to put things right. Recommended.

Very helpful staff great advice got heat pump for our hot tub worked straight out of the box with small adaption to the tubs plumbing should cut running cost to a third at least thanks

Items arrived in a timely manner and were as described.

We purchased an exercise pool at the end of 2020 which was delivered as planned in April 2021. The product is excellent and coupled with a Thermotec Fun 8.5Kw air source heater the package seems to be very cost effective. In the current weather the heater is only on for about 3 hours a day resulting in a pool temperature of 26ºC for a cost of around £2.50/day
