Since the mid-seventies we have worked tirelessly to bring the world's woods to connoisseurs alike. Our skilled craftsmen began working with some of the finest wood available to craft custom dashboards for cars, panels for superyacht interiors, and cabinetry for private jets. Then, a few years later, we came up with a big idea: bring this beautiful wood closer to people's homes. With the help of our British designers and craftsmen, we have created an exclusive range of out-of-the-box wall panelling products. We use the same sustainably sourced wood for our wall and ceiling panels we have used in our workshop for decades.

SCAM

SCAM. I am slowly coming to terms with the fact that I have been scammed by this mob. On the surface a very professional business but don't let that fool you. They never answer the phone and emails are generic with no real content. It is now 3.5 weeks ago I placed order, they are unable to provide tracking number and product has still not arrived. I have requested a refund numerous times but so far unsuccessful.
WVH's expected reply to this complaint is that "it has taken longer than expected to receive products but they expect to dispatch products shortly". That has been their standard reply for the last 3 weeks.

Easy, beautiful and caring

Panels are super easy to install even for a non professional and I was even able with some care to adapt to smooth round shapes. Look is fantastic and when I had a question customer service over email was excellent and they went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied. This company takes care of its clients. I'd like to upload pictures to this review but cannot see a button for this.

Worst experience

Worst experience - ordered, said they sent them, contact courier, they say they do not have them. I believe the courier as customer service at this company will not help at all. Been a week now and no progress - do not buy from these people.
Update - 26/7/24 - Still getting told further things that are not true and no sign of my package being posted at all. This is getting silly - it just gets worse and worse
