ordered some wool online and have never received, tried e mailing them - no reply, tried calling and their mailbox is full of messages so you cant leave one (and they don't answer) tried chat function on website - guess what.. no reply! ill have to try and contact my credit card company for a refund that way but you might want to avoid this company for these reasons! Hoping this review might prompt them into getting in touch - you never know!!

Good range of affordable quality yarn
Good range of affordable quality yarn. The colours on the website are just like the actual colours. I ordered on the Thursday and the delivery arrived on the following Monday. I received regular order status updates. A very positive first experience. I will no doubt be ordering from this site again.

Great products, Fast shipping
I order yarn fairly regularly to make products for my business and we’ve tried various places to get yarn that’s consistently products that are in-stock with fast shipping etc etc.
