This is a very nice product. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I think it is silly that it is a separate purchase from the pillow.

It takes a while to get used to the pillow, but it has helped my arthritic shoulder and the custom-made pillow is the only thing that will fit it. I just wish that it came in green.

Pillowcase is well made and good quality, however it is very expensive for a pillowcase! It would also be great if it was offered in different colours.
