I’m sure the product itself is great. Unfortunately it never made it to me. First, my BFPO address was accepted and the parcel shipped. A few weeks later I received a refund with no further comment. Trying to order it again would have made it too late for the intended project.
Bought just in case I needed to add to pillows for future use.

Everyone in our family likes different firmness levels for our pillows. Having this on hand helped but was needed for everyone. Still heaps left over so could be used to top up over time.

Having extra wool to top up to adjust the firmness is a brilliant idea. Also, for topping up after a wash of the cover as inevitably some wool loss is to be expected over time.

I haven’t had to use this yet but I expect it to be just as good as what is in the pillow. Great idea to have extra wool for when needed.
