I ordered the body pillow and when it arrived there were loose threads in the center of it. I reached out as soon as I noticed the defect but did not hear back from customer service from what I can see. I had a comforter as well and my experience with that has been much better, but the pillow is extremely disappointing. I used it a couple times and now there’s wool everywhere. Check the threading.
Been sleeping so good using this pillow. Waking up with no neck or shoulder pain. Love it!

The pillow is barely filled. Fluff it and after laying on it it’s about 3 inches thick, contacted customer service and they said this is consistent with quality over the past 5 years, although my sister has one that is packed well. Was told to buy extra stuffing so seems like company is a scam now, avoid.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you didn't enjoy your new pillow. The V-Shaped pillow is adequately filled to a medium-firm tension when fully fluffed up. You would need to do this on arrival as the products and wool inside have been compressed during storage and transit inside the box. This is a simply 5 minute procedure that fluffs the pillow up. We do offer our extra wool for those that like a firmer than standard feel, it is a great addition that our customers love. Our team were trying to help you create the feel you were looking for.

I LOVE this pillow and I cannot live without it! I just bought a compression travel bag to try and take it with me when I travel even though I only use a carry on bag! It will be worth taking up the extra room!
