My experience with The Working Holiday Club has been nothing but absolutely outstanding . All the staff have been so nice and so helpful every step of the way. Moving to Canada has been an absolute breeze because of all the awesome staff at The Working Holiday Club. If you’re thinking about moving to Canada on a working holiday I highly recommend going through The Working Holiday Club.
10/10 would recommend!!!
Such an amazing company to go through. I’ve just recently moved to London from Australia and the process truly couldn’t have been easier- especially with the help of TWHC team. Everyone is so good in their own fields and truly does a great job of supporting you on your journey and it doesn’t stop there- you never feel like your dropped off with no support once you arrive either. I could not recommend this company more for the support and amazing service you receive!!!!
The Working Holiday Club exceptional services
This is the first review I believe I've ever left on anything and I couldn't be happier than I am giving 5 stars these people are like a big family once you sign up and are the most friendly and helpful people I've ever dealt with they really go above and beyond for their customers helping every step of the way with their working holiday programs from helping with visas all the way through getting accommodation and setting up a pre departure job you really couldn't ask for a better company then TWHC.

I would highly recommend TWHC
I would highly recommend TWHC! They helped me through the VISA process and helped me to secure an amazing job at the Banff Springs Hotel. They were on hand for any questions and made me feel at ease with the process :) Thank you!
A waste of $1200
I signed up to the Canada program for summer hoping to get a job with a particular employer. However, this employer was "sold out" with TWHC and so I had two pretty average options to choose from.
I chose to apply independently with my first choice of employer and successfully landed a job + spent a lovely summer in Canada. I communicated this well in advance with TWHC and asked if I could still use their services for a winter job which they accepted (but were hesitant and somewhat begrudged by this request in their emails). I had every intention of using them to secure the winter job as paying $1200 for "help" with finding a job is a lot of money.
What I never planned for - I have had to return home unexpectedly as I have a very, very ill family member. I reached out to TWHC to advise them and they offered to keep my funds on file for future use as there was the possibility of me returning in 2024 if my family member got better. They have taken a turn for the worse and I fear that I'll have to be around to pay for their treatment/take care of them long into the 2024 year. I am the only person capable of looking after them and this has taken a huge toll on me financially and emotionally.
I reached out to TWHC to ask for any possibility of a partial or full refund as there's no way I'll be able to use their services. I never even used them to start with as I secured a job without them (with my preferred employer, as above). I cannot get another work permit for Canada so there is no chance of me returning.
They will not accommodate a refund in any circumstances - and not even a partial refund. I am aware of how Terms & Conditions work but the large majority of companies seem to be able to make accommodations or allowances for emergencies such as the one above. I feel stupid for paying them such an exorbitant amount of money in the first place when they haven't provided any services to me. My mistake.
Be wary of this company - most companies make exceptions for healthcare/family circumstances but not this one. Even a small refund goes a long way.
100% worth it!
I would definitely recommend using TWHC for your WH! They are really helpful with the Visa (worth it for that alone), and they have great communication! Constantly following up on any updates and keeping us in the loop. I have recommended using them to multiple people for a smoother WH experience.

Take the stress out of working holidays
I used The Working Holiday Club in 2019. They explained the visa process step by step and offered travel insurance that was considerably cheaper than what I could find myself. They arranged both a job and staff housing with Whistler Blackcomb, my first preference. They also explained the processes in getting bank accounts, sin numbers and mobile plans during orientation.
I was extremely nervous to take the plunge, but it honestly made the whole experience stress free.
I ended up staying in Canada for two years, and it was the best thing I ever did. I absolutely loved my job, the staff housing is basic but cheap and is a very social environment. The people you meet, the things you see and the experiences you have are all beyond belief!!
My number one practical tip for future travelers: get two years of travel insurance, trust me you will want the full two year visa! Get the unlimited option with no excess, healthcare in Canada is expensive. I broke my arm mountain biking, the cost of that alone exceeded the total of my two year travel insurance premium, it’s well worth having!
Thank you to The Working Holiday Club for helping me start my adventure!

THWC set me up with an excellent employer in Canada. The team are helpful and super welcoming when you arrive. The connections I made in my orientation were genuine and all people that I’m loving sharing the experience with!
Can’t beat TWHC!
TWHC were fantastic! So helpful and reliable when I had a million questions and concerns. They went out of their way to help me when I was having issues with housing. Big shout out to Emma and Julia too. Quick to respond and had very useful information for every step of the way. Thank you!
Great!
I used TWHC to travel to Canada this year for the summer season. They helped me set up my passport / visa process which can be a little confusing without support! Set up all my interviews and were able to work around a difficult work schedule on my end and were fantastic in Vancouver during my orientation! Im loving my new adventure in Canada and think I will stay long term, creating memories and friendships for life. If you’re thinking of taking the leap, just do it!!
Big shoutout to TWHC
Big shoutout to TWHC, made my experience super easy in terms of getting a visa and job placement in Whistler, the team were extremely helpful and would recommend to anyone.

Definitely recommend to anyone!!!
Definitely recommend to anyone!!!! Made the move to Canada so much smoother. Also big thanks to Jake who helped me when customs had mucked up my visa and only given me 6 months instead of 2 years. Wouldnt have known what to do otherwise, super helpful!!
SCAM
SCAM . Tried to contact and cancel - ignored , money taken out my bank in £50 installments even though I didn’t agree to this. T & C are unclear, one big scam to get money. DO NOT PUT YOUR CARD DETAILS IN
Great communication, but little practical help. Not really worth the money.
I travelled to Canada via the Working Holiday Club, for their winter programme. They provide great information to help facilitate visas, insurance and job interviews, a fun arrival in Vancouver (where you can meet similar people going to other skifields) and they can also offer decent discounts on insurance. However, they're pretty hands-off and definitely not worth the $1200 that I paid. They didn't offer any kind of discount for having already organised my own visa, and while they informed us what we needed to do upon arrival in the country (get a SIN number and bank account), the staff didn't actually help book our appointments as they had offered to do. This proved a bit stressful because all the banks and SIN offices were overrun and booked out. TWHC had also promised to help organise a summer job free of charge, as part of the winter deal. When I contacted them in February about this, they said I was too early and to get in touch in a month. I did that, and was then told all the jobs had booked out. Overall TWHC have some super lovely people to deal with via email, but it's a bit of a disappointing experience. I would suggest simply doing a bit of online research before moving to Canada, finding a job through the indeed website, and saving lots of money.
Jumpstart London program
Going through John at the working holiday club has been the best experience for me and my friends. He’s made the visa and moving process so much easier and has been very upfront with what to expect and the best options for us. Our interests were always at heart and he always succeeded in getting us the options we wanted. He has a heap of knowledge and experience with travelling and living in London and is happy to answer any questions or concerns. John is always a text or a call away and has never made us feel lost of confused with what to do. Couldn’t recommend him enough!
