Shoutout to Darren at the Roundtree store. Very helpful as it is as our first time mattress shopping and he helped us understand far better what we were looking for! Very kind and enthusiastic customer service.
Excellent. Such care and empathy when our bed needed a replacement and I had a family emergency going on they were understanding, worked with me and I didn’t have to chase them once, they did all the leg work and the guys that came to assess and replace the beds were fantastic. My husband always recommended buying local and I am now a covert. Excellent company and excellent service.

Bed is fine a bit dirty on one side I’m assuming due to moving out of truck even though it was covered in plastic so maybe was dirty before.
Service in shop was ok if a little intrusive .
Ordered the bed was told it would be up to 2 weeks for delivery then it changed to over two then three weeks, turned up just short of three weeks . We paid for disposal of old bed which again was reasonable ,at no point was it said that we had to pay the delivery guys £15 Cash to put bed together a nice little cash in hand earner for them with over 10 deliveries for certainly no more than a couple of minutes work .
Would I buy from again yes I would but only if costs were clearer and delivery quicker
Probably the most disorganised organisation in the world. They state next day delivery but it's taken four attempts over two weeks. When it did arrive it came on two separate trucks and only half the delivery. Customer service gave a different story every time. Thanks for wasting my time.
OMG I wasn't really expecting such high standards and service. It was an absolute please. Lynn and Ricky in there shop in Askern are fantastic.
I got a bed, mattress and furniture, at an unbelievable price and since the first time I've been in, I have brought another bed, pillows (Dunllopillow) and even got a Mirror for the bedroom.
