We have been going to wobbel yoga with Sophie since September 2022, either dropping in on a one off session or booking the full term and I can honestly say it is one of the best classes for toddlers I have ever been to (and we have been to quite a few!)

Sophie is fantastic. She’s amazing with the children and lets them take things in their own time but gets them all involved so everyone feels included. All her classes are so cleverly planned out with a theme for each week to completely immerse yourself in with music, sounds and lights, and bringing these all back to the key thing needed for wobbel yoga - the wobbel board! A brilliant invention that the children all love and Sophie keeps everything fresh by adapting the yoga poses to the weekly theme as well as throwing in some of her own creativity in the games that follow. Not a group to be missed.
My daughter absolutely loves her wobbel yoga classes and we can’t wait to go back in the new year for some more wobbely fun.

I've just completed six sessions of wobbel yoga with my two and a half year old. He absolutely loved each session and we're super sad that we've come to the end of our programme. If Sophie was continuing with Wednesday sessions we would definitely sign up again.
Each class is varied with different focuses and sometimes themes where it fits e.g. Halloween, fireworks night and Christmas!
Sophie is clearly knowledgeable about the wobbel yoga and challenges each child at their level perfectly. And an added bonus is Sophie signs along with some of her songs and sentences which is great exposure for the children. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our one off classes. No pressure, structured but it’s not an issue if your child (like mine) doesn’t want to join in everything. Will definitely be back!

Who knew you could have so much fun on a wobbel board, we have just wrapped up our first term of Sophie's sessions and my 2 half year old son has had the best time. The classes are super engaging and varied with a different skill each week, not forgetting the "what's in the box" section which all the kids love! Amazing teacher with natural skills to get the children involved and keep their attention, no easy thing with toddlers!

Incredible!! There are not enough words to say how much we loved this class!! Sophie has such a warm and kind spirit and is so patient and fun with the kids. We had so much fun and even bought Theo one for Christmas because he loved it so much!! Thank you for being so great and creating a class that is welcoming, fun and different each week. Bring back Wednesdays!!

This is our 3rd term at Wobbel Yoga, and my little boy is obsessed. He looks forward to it every week, and we now even bring my niece along too as she was so desperate to try it.
It’s such a fantastic class, with so many fun elements to it.
It’s really helped him to develop his balancing skills and strength whilst also helping encourage good listening and working with others.
Sophie is so kind and welcoming and such a hit with all the children with her calm and fun personality encouraging the children along the way.
I couldn’t recommend this class enough. We absolutely love it ❤️

My 18 month old has loved her term at Wobbel yoga - Sophie’s classes are full of fun and variety, each week a different theme. She has loved exploring the Wobbel board and has gained so much confidence attending these classes. It was always a worry post lockdown, how our babies would respond - but Sophie has gone above and beyond to create a safe and friendly atmosphere and it’s been amazing watching all the babies beginning to socialise, grow and change every week. Thanks Sophie!

We attended baby wobbel with the yoga feed. We both enjoyed the classes so much, wonderful opportunities for learning, socialising and a little independent play too. I would recommend the classes to anyone with a little one. Sophie is wonderful as an instructor, so welcoming and incredible with the little ones.

Sophie’s Baby Wobbel classes have been such a welcomed breath of fresh air for my youngest daughter and I. Having experienced many baby groups/classes in the past with my eldest - this has been something so innovative and exciting. Sophie’s approach is calm and engaging and her classes offer a sense of familiarity each week but also new activities and stimulus to explore. It has been fantastic to watch my child’s confidence grow and I cannot wait to continue our wobbel journey even further into toddler-hood!

We LOVE wobbel yoga! Sophie is so fantastic with the little ones and so welcoming to the adults! Our little one has become SO much more confident and strong in just 3 weeks. She has loved all the activities and we love how laid back is all is. We especially love that there’s time to talk to other mums and for the babies to interact. I would 100% recommend wobbel classes to anyone with a baby keen to move!

I can highly recommend Sophie's Wobbel yoga class.
She's a natural with the children, with a really engaging and inclusive nature.
You instantly feel at ease in her classes, and her teaching style is friendly and easy to follow.
My little boy loved the fun and varied skills and activities each week, and he has definitely grown in confidence.

We've loved Sophie's toddler wobbel yoga classes. We were looking into getting a wobbel board before starting and are now certain we will get one. Sophie is a very welcoming, calming and fun teacher. There's something new each week and it's great to see the toddlers growing in confidence. It's lovely to have a class that's so different to all the tiger toddler groups. We will definitely rebook!
