Terrible service, don't use them
Ordered a VALENTINES card on February 3rd. It only cost £3 but the shipping cost was £1.75 (a 1st class stamp is only £1.70).
Well 11...yes..11 days later, hefe I sit on February 14th and no sign of the card and tracking just says 'awaiting updates'.....why didn't they just put a stamp on it and post it ?
My advice if you re using this company is DON'T.
If they can't get such a simple order like this this correct and miss such a crucial deadline...then what hope is there.
Terrible business, just terrible.

Nice Product ... Great Support (UPDATED)

They also send discount code eMails with no code in the eMail. Not just once .. but 3 times. Tried reporting that ... no response either.
Oh and US buyers ... buy 1 size bigger. The tags on my Yorkshire shirt says UK XXL - US XL. Would have been nice to know BEFORE making my purchase. That info is not shown with the product on the website.

Hi, I'm so sorry to hear that you haven't had any customer support when you requested it. I have checked and we never saw your emails they went straight into the junk/spam folder which is very unusual and doesn't normally happen with anyone that contacts us through our website so I can only apologise that we missed them because of this reason.
As for the discount codes we will send them to you again in a text format, sometimes there is an issue with the codes not showing properly depending on which browser the email is being viewed on or browser settings. This is something we are looking into fixing ASAP so that everyone can access our discount codes.
As for the US/UK size differences, we will make sure to include this information on our size guide for future reference so that future buyers will know, thank you for your feedback on this.
