Fast and easy to insure my new car - thank you!

As a former insurance agent with 14 years of experience (no longer licensed after changing careers), I found my experience with Zebra Insurance to be both disappointing and unprofessional.

The platform felt more like a lead-generation funnel than a legitimate advisory service. The quoting process lacked consistency, and I did not feel the quotes presented were something the company truly stood behind. That’s a fundamental issue for any brokerage.

More concerning was the communication. Despite clearly requesting no further contact, I continued to receive follow-up texts and emails. Ignoring a direct request like that reflects poorly on their professionalism and customer respect.

Between the software, sales approach, and lack of accountability, I would not recommend using their services. In my opinion, consumers are far better served working with a reputable local broker who provides transparency, stands behind their quotes, and respect customers

Website made it easy for me to see the price difference in the policies. Glad I used Zebra.

Quotes are ridiculously high and not very competitive.

I was bombarded with company offers when I started looking for insurance, but once I had the help from hanna on zebra I couldn't be more happy with the outcome! She answered all my questions and was able to give me many diffrent versions of auto quotes until we find one that worked best for me. I was able to get a great rate and roadside assistance for a price I never thought possible!! I would 100% recommend using zebra and well tell anyone who will listen about their services. Thank you!!

Won’t know for sure until I receive my insurance card in the mail to give an absolute rating. I called GEICO and I was very happy with the insurance rep. I got on phone hopefully all works out

Great tool for comparing, but some results still require you to put in all the same info to get the quote. A little annoying and repetitive. But overall, haven’t found a better site to compare prices.

Easy , reasonable

Using Zebra not only was it easy but I got the cheapest quote with them. Everyone else was charging me well over 230 dollars just for state minimum. Zebra got it for me for 170. I’m supper happy! The staff was very helpful and very kind. He also stayed in chat with me until everything was done.Thank you Zebra
