All my life not a ruder person on phone.

First was good expect got the wrong car called back and the lady i talked too very rude and she hung up on me,3rd guy was good, expect the lady mess it up and did not get the cheaper insurance and the lowest the third guy got was very expensive for the car in my opinion, still shpping for a lower price. With all the safety features on this car it should not be that expensive

Awesome customer service

The guy that helped me his name was Mathew miller had amazing customer service and was super helpful the only thing is he kinda talked a little fast but still amazing customer service

Lay out of platform was one of the best…

Lay out of platform was one of the best I ran across in my experiences with and actually got completed with in a good time frame unlike some I was unable to get the first initial 3 to 4 steps complete to receive a quote at all because of some stupid question that you have to answer that dose not apply to your situation and no option for such a response like ancering retired for job or income and the next question is what lin of work it is in like construction nursing computer tech etc dam I ancered retired

Had the best experience getting new…

Had the best experience getting new insurance for my recent home purchase. Laura Collins was incredible, she talked me through everything including some complicated insurance stuff that has been really stressing me out. I really appreciated the time, attention and thoroughness the provided. Wonderful experience and will definitely reccomend the Zebra for homeowners insurance.
