I had a really positive experience with Zinc Group. I spoke to a gentleman called Ethan who helped me a lot and made everything really easy to understand. He was very patient, professional, and took the time to explain things clearly so I felt comfortable throughout the whole process.

Ethan was friendly and supportive, and he made what could have been a stressful situation feel much more manageable. I really appreciate the help he gave me and the way he handled everything so smoothly.

I would definitely recommend Zinc Group to anyone who needs help — excellent customer service and a great experience overall.

Alan - an outstanding asset to the company

I spoke with Alan at Zinc regarding my account, and I was extremely impressed with the level of service I received. He was incredibly helpful, understanding, and patient throughout the conversation.
Alan took the time to listen carefully to my situation and went through every detail step by step, ensuring I fully understood everything before moving forward. What stood out the most was how he prioritised my needs and circumstances before setting up a payment plan, which made the whole process feel much more manageable and less stressful.
His professionalism, empathy, and clear communication made a real difference. I truly appreciate his support and would highly recommend him to anyone needing assistance.

SCAMMERS

SCAMMERS! AVOID!
They tricked me into believing that Vodafone are their clients and I owed Vodafone money after I had just closed my account with them. I paid Vodafone by DD and presumed my account closed before they had taken my last payment. I only realised Zinc are scammers when they refused to issue me with a receipt I requested and other details didn't add up. My bank has confirmed they are scammers, but because this happened over 90 days ago, my bank won't refund my money. I have lost over £327. :(
