They sell fake products. I’ve reported this several times to Trustpilot who don’t seem to care. Do not use this company.

Pretty decent gadget thats helpful for relieving stress, fun to transform, and comfortable for diamond painting.

Surprisingly good quality considering the affordable price. Helpful when feeling anxious, and doubles effectively as a diamond embroidery pen. Compared to similar products, this one feels sturdier and smoother to handle. Overall impressed by how well-built and functional it is; definitely better than expected for the cost.

I ordered a perfume duo set (two bottles of perfume. I only received one bottle. They said I only ordered one bottle even though I provided them of photo proof of my purchase. Completely fraudulent behaviour

Scam! Do not buy anything from them!!!

Terrible!!! Would not recommend at all! If I could rather rate it zero stars I would. Order was done in Aug and by Nov still nothing. The tracking changed from English to some Chinese language and even Google translate could make no sense out of it. When I eventually got hold of an email, the response was that the package was send back (without any notice whatsoever ) and I have to repay to get the package. What a scheme!

Wound not recommend. The product was falsely advertised, with misleading photos used to depict it. Instead of receiving the advertised item, I was sent a poorly made, substandard version. When I raised the issue, the company only offered a meager 2% refund if I kept the product, which I declined. Additionally, returning the item would have cost me half the price of the product, making it an impractical option.

Terrible, fraudulent business. Do not buy from this company. The positive reviews are fake. This company send out counterfeit products. DO NOT BUY.

Wish I could give a zero review!! Express shipping took over 3 weeks and then they sent the wrong product! They then refused to refund me my $36 and offered me a $2 refund. This place is a total scam!!!!!

If I could give less then 5 starts I would! Terrible company. I ordered a cakes bra from an add of instagram. I got after 2 weeks a fake product. After some mails that I got a fake product they said I could return it, but I have to pay for the return. I’m not gonna do that. It’s a lot of money for something they messed up. NEVER BUY at this company. It’s a big SCAM.

Bait and switch. They advertise products then send knock offs.

Fake product. The image was of a well known brand name. What I received was a knock off in the wrong size. I paid 39.99 plus taxes and shipping for an unusable product. I have been disputing the charge through PayPal but the company just keeps insisting they sent me what I ordered. AVOID!!!

Counterfeit products - sold with images of well known brand, actual items received are a dupe of real brand, similar packaging but different name and size.
10 days of emailing company to arrange refund and return, to be stuck in a cycle of scripted replies and offers of up to 20% of money back for the dissapointment.

It can improve by sending the right item ordered! as I did on the 24th August I ordered the PETER THOMAS ROTH instant face tightener, I received West Month firm eye tightener. Furious

Orderd Cakes from a instagram add. The real ones. I got fakes, sticky, small, cheap and terrible things. I payd about 28 euros for them. They are placing false adds on Instagram. The add was gone a few days later. I payd with Klarna. I hope they help me. The customer service keeps telling me I got the product I orderd. No it is not! They wanted to give me a 2 euro refund. No. Then 5 euro. No. I have to send it back and pay the shipment costs my self... no I'm not going to do that. They use brand names to scam you. Please make sure if you order on Instagram that you double check.

Scammers, ship from China claiming the product I ordered wasn't available in my local warehouse. I received the package but it was not what I ordered. To get my money back I'd need to ship back to HK with tracking - which would cost more than the refund would be. Customer "service" not helpful at all. Steer clear!
The positive reviews are clearly fake, look at them - all have the same formula.

Have to give a star to do a review. Ordered Peter Thomas Roth from Instagram ad, sent me West Month, never heard of it. I paid through PayPal so they helped me and if enough complaints they will stop using them. I encourage you to notify them if you use PayPal.

Horrible! Took over 3 weeks to arrive & it's the wrong size & not item I ordered!! I've gotten no response about an exchange. Horrible scam of a company, I will NEVER buy from them again. Seems the only thing they get right are toys!!
