They ARE DUMB PEOPLE. THEY DONOT HAVE COMMON SENSE HOW TO REPLY TO TICKETS, DONT UNDERSTAND COMMON THINGS. POOR LEARNPRESS PLUGIN FOR WORDPRESS. DONT BUY IT.

ThimPress offers a really helpful product that's easy to use and works as expected. Their customer support team is responsive and always ready to assist whenever needed. Overall, a great experience!

The worst support I have ever had in twenty years dealing with themplates / themes. It's good to practice mindfulness and staying calm but it's NOT good for your business.

Hey! Reviewing as one star in hope that devs or support will help us solve our issue. We are struggling for more than 2-3 weeks with learn press and current devs are not helping at all. Please respond, or this review will be here forever...

Don't waste your time. This template is full of issues and support is as woeful as the poor documentation.

Eg, to turn off breadcrumbs and page header, they need to log into your site to do it. Plus not all of the demow work

alos slow response times, a a few days to get a simple one line response

ThimPress offers very poor customer service. I purchased the premium package to set up a membership site. After working with the plugin for a few days, I figured that it didn't meet my needs.

Unfortunately, I have overlooked the fact in their terms that "the item did not meet your expectations;" is not a valid reason to ask for a refund.

So please be careful with purchasing this software if you are not 100% sure that it is the perfect fit for your needs (which in my opinion is always hard to tell upfront), don't purchase it.

I use learnpress and setting up a course is fairly straightforward, but once you try to do anything beyond this (ie sell the courses) it gets incredibly glitchy (despite integration with woocommerce I am unable to sell courses because customers are not able to access the course after purchasing. This is despite it being set to auto access).
Learnpress/Thimpress only have a “support forum” meaning you post a query and may or may not get assistance from them. Half the time when I do they send unfathomable tech jargon or blame issues on other plugins. They are supposed to be the most compatible with Wordpress but I’ve had endless issues.

When you buy one of their add ons even the process for that to work is messy. You get an activation code in one place, but when you put it on Wordpress is says it’s not correct…

It looks smart and professional, but when you try to use it you start to wonder what it is like behind the scenes because nothing seems to quite fit together or work and beyond basic videos on setting it up there is NO support.

I REALLY recommend against using them if trying to set up a business because there is no real support at all, and it seems to have issues at every step, especially with setting up courses that people can purchase.

i have purchased this theme a month ago, now i am facing issues. trying to contact customer support but they are not replying. 1 person replied me after 1 week and the behavior is very rude. after that no reply from the support team. very bad experience.

I found ThimPress to be incredibly convenient and enjoyable for website maintenance. With its user-friendly interface and diverse features, managing websites became easy, and the design was also appealing. It was a highly satisfying experience, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

I have been using ThimPress themes for years and I have always been impressed with their quality and support. Their themes are always up-to-date and they always have new features being released. I highly recommend ThimPress to anyone looking for a great WordPress theme.

I have a doubt about some of the 5 stars reviews here, and I suspect some may be fake.
In short, ThimPress products are buggy, and with low performance. Don't expect to get a 90+ mobile score on Google PageSpeed Insights with Eduma!
The support is not the best. If it is true that they sometimes try to answer fast, they struggle in doing this, as they receive a really huge amount of support tickets (guess why). Like said by other people in these reviews, it can happen that: "they don't provide proper resolution", "they, who are the developers, should know how to solve a product they created themselves, but they don't", "they lack of interest in solving the customers problem".
According to my experience, ThimPress is more interested in creating beautiful products (and they do this well, Eduma has a nice design), than creating efficient/high-quality products.
It would be great if ThimPress could redirect its focus towards quality coding, but I doubt they wish to do so, especially considering that Eduma is cheap and relies on support licenses for income.
Potential users should be aware of these aspects before considering ThimPress products.

I chosen ThimPress after lot of search and I wasn't wrong. The theme is amazing and very flexible and I didn't need even child theme to make lot of changes all from the customizer am very happy also the support is super fast and very helpful. Highly recommended.

I believe LearnPress is a plugin that ranks among the best of its kind. Despite being free, it doesn't compromise on the amazing features it offers. I really enjoyed working with it, as its simplicity in course creation removes the technical barriers that most people face when working with a new plugin. I absolutely love it, especially considering it's free.

Thank goodness, you guys have done a great job with this plugin. Although I think there is still room for improvement with new features, I give you a thumbs up for your efforts.

ThimPress themes are very good, especially if you consider learning system. One of the most important thing is very good support. There are very helpful and I have solved some problems with their help!. Strongly recommend!

While ThimPress has provided me with thoughtful and helpful support, I would advise them to work on improving their response time. In my experience, I had to wait about 8 hours for a response from ThimPress customer support.

The theme is quite good. However, there are a few small errors and if you encounter an error, you have to wait a few days or a few weeks for the team to update. Even though it's not 24/7 support like they said, they still tried to resolve the error for me. So 5* for the team to try harder, I will still rely on you in the future.

I bought their Eduma theme. Firstly I had some difficulties with setup the Website. They help me very timely and resolve all the issues of my Website. Now it is running smoothly. I am happy with their product and service.

Dedicated support team. I read a lot of bad comments about ThimPress's CS when I had a problem and was scared that I would experience the same thing, but luckily they were very helpful.

When I contacted CS on Facebook, they asked me what the problem was and were willing to access WordPress to set everything up for me (maybe because I'm a bit low-tech so they thought it would be faster).

Absolutely awful no support !! Super slow response. Says the fault is not on their side and should contact slide revolution after slide revolution provided clear evidence it’s not on their side the support managed to destroy the entire website after its “support” stay away

Been using some of their plugins. Fully in love with their LearnPress (LMS). I think it's the best Learning Management System in the Market at the moment because they offer the complete solution with payment processing incorporated without the need of integration with e-Commerce plugins like WooCommerce. I think they are very professional and the addons are very accessible also.
