Poor customer services
1. They don't have a phone number for a customer to call up and when I asked for one, they wouldn't give it to me.
2. They take weeks to get back to emails.
I ordered a twins feeding pillow but before arriving, a friend bought me one (I didn't know). When Fedex attempted to deliver it, I asked to be returned to the sender as I no longer needed it.
I have since being trying to speak to people at "Things for Twins" to get my refund but with no luck. It is now more than two weeks and I have not received any acknowledgment to my emails.
