I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Things to do. We were given a gift from my elderly mother in law that must have had an incredibly short expiry window compared to their competitors. When we reached out to explain my situation with a view to asking a reasonable extension , the response received was dismissive and completely unsympathetic.
It’s clear this company is more interested in keeping your money than ensuring you actually get to enjoy the experience paid for. Their "customer service" felt like a robotic script designed to say "no" rather than help. I won’t be booking with them again and would warn others to check the fine print—and expect zero help if things don't go perfectly.
