Ray made a statement that 7 out of 10…

Ray made a statement that 7 out of 10 women with breast cancer. I wonder why Ray did not choose to make a statement about prostate cancer in men,
Take what you will from Ray's statement and my comment; I have my own views

The statement that the vast majority of breast cancer cases occur without an inherited gene mutation is accurate, though the exact statistic is generally reported as 9 out of 10 (90–95%) ( rather than 7 out of 10).
Inherited Mutations (5-10%): Only about 5 to 10% of breast cancers are linked to known inherited gene mutations, such as BRCA1 or BRCA2.
Non-Genetic Cases (90-95%): Approximately 90 to 95% of breast cancers are not caused by inherited mutations. These are referred to as "sporadic" or "acquired" cancers, which occur by chance due to aging and environmental or lifestyle factors.
BRCA Gene Carriers: While inherited BRCA1/2 mutations significantly increase risk, fewer than 10% of women diagnosed with breast cancer carry these mutations

Hi, thank you for taking the time to share your perspective and for outlining those statistics. We appreciate thoughtful contributions like this. 💛
1️⃣ To clarify, Ray’s reference in the workshop was aligned with widely discussed data showing that the majority of breast cancer cases are not linked to inherited gene mutations. Whether expressed as 7 in 10 or more commonly 9 in 10, the core point remains the same — genetics alone do not account for most cases.
2️⃣ The intention of sharing this perspective, including references to thinkers such as Dr Gabor Maté, is not to present a definitive medical conclusion, but to encourage broader awareness and discussion around the many factors that may influence health, including lifestyle, environment, and stress.
3️⃣ Ray’s work is not presented as medical advice or diagnosis, and this is clearly stated in our disclaimers. The workshop focuses on helping people understand the connection between mind, body, and emotional patterns so they can take greater personal responsibility for their wellbeing alongside professional medical care.
4️⃣ In relation to your question regarding other conditions, the workshop covers a range of examples across different areas of health and human behaviour. The purpose of any example used is to illustrate a principle, not to exclude or prioritise one group over another.
5️⃣ We respect that individuals will interpret information differently, and we encourage anyone engaging with this work to explore multiple perspectives, including mainstream medical guidance, and form their own informed view.
Thank you again for contributing to the conversation. Very much appreciated💛

Feedback on Mindset & Meditation Workshop

Hi Ray

I attended your recent workshop Mindset & Meditation on 29/03/2026 and left early due to a situation I found concerning.

While I appreciate the intention behind the approach and the focus on supporting people through trauma.

I wanted to share some feedback from my perspective. There was a moment where a participant was invited to share personal trauma in front of the large group and was then asked follow-up questions. From where I was sitting, they seemed quite uncomfortable, and it felt a bit concerning to witness.
It made me wonder whether participants were fully prepared for that level of sharing, and whether consent and comfort were being actively checked throughout.
In that moment, it didn’t quite feel aligned with trauma-informed principles like choice, autonomy, and psychological safety.

I’m sharing this in the spirit of constructive feedback and hope this can be considered for future participants.

Warm regards,

A.O

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We genuinely appreciate you raising this, especially around participant wellbeing. Your comment allows us to further explain to readers the magnitude of this workshop and the uplifting effect it has had on tens of thousands of guests in over a decade.💛

1️⃣ We want to address the moment you’ve described. At no point is any participant asked to share personal experiences without clear consent, from that participant. During the workshop, Ray invites a volunteer from the audience, and only those who willingly and openly choose to participate are engaged in any discussion with Ray. If Ray does not receive their permission, then no discussions take place. Participation is always optional.

2️⃣ In the specific moment you are referring to, the participant had clearly volunteered to speak and was comfortable continuing the conversation. From our perspective, and from the participant’s own feedback, the experience was supportive and meaningful. The individual (Ian) remained at the end of the workshop with his sister and expressed genuine gratitude for the process, sharing that it helped him identify and move through long-held emotional challenges he had been carrying for many years. He was genuinely grateful and supportive.

3️⃣ The intention of this part of the workshop is to demonstrate, in a real and human way, how emotional patterns can be explored and understood, alongside meditation. It is always approached with care, respect, and an emphasis on personal choice and autonomy.

4️⃣ For clarity, the workshop is designed to go beyond surface level meditation and into understanding and working with deeper emotional patterns. These demonstrations form part of that learning, and are always conducted with voluntary participation and mindful facilitation.

5️⃣ The integration of meditation with long-held emotional patterns is a core part of the workshop’s intention. It is designed to help participants understand how meditation can support them in working through deeper emotional challenges. The consistency of this approach is reflected in the many testimonials we have received over more than a decade from participants who have applied these principles in their own lives.

Thank you again for sharing your perspective. Feedback like this is important, and we remain committed to delivering this work in a way that is respectful, considered, and supportive for all involved. 💛

This workshop preys on broken people…

This workshop preys on broken people and there is very little meditation. Boring repetitive scientific terminology and not at all enjoyable. Tries to upsell his workshops to vulnerable attendees.

Hi Lesley, thank you for sharing your perspective. We take feedback seriously, especially when it relates to people’s wellbeing. 💛
1️⃣ We want to respond clearly to your statement that the workshop “preys on broken people.” We do not accept that characterisation at all. This work is designed to support individuals in building awareness, understanding emotional patterns, and learning practical self-regulation tools. Attendees are never positioned as “broken,” and the environment is structured to be respectful, educational, and empowering. We take that responsibility very seriously. (Ray would never refer to anyone in the audience as “broken”, so anyone reading this who has attended our workshops, "you are not broken" in spite of Lesley’s miss characterisation of you).
2️⃣ In relation to meditation, the advertising for this workshop clearly explains that this is not a workshop only about meditation. It is a workshop about the science behind meditation. This is important, because Ray teaches people what is happening neurologically and biologically in the body, so they can understand the process and apply it effectively in their daily lives. This is also reinforced at the beginning of the workshop in a video we play for the audience, you included, that laid out the workshop before it started.
3️⃣ The content is intentionally educational. Concepts are explained in different ways to support understanding and integration across a wide range of attendees. What may feel repetitive to one person is often what allows another to fully grasp and apply the material. That’s why this workshop mis now into its second decade with tens of thousands having attended.
4️⃣ Regarding your comment about “upselling,” there is a short segment at the end of the workshop where attendees are offered the option to go deeper into the work. This is entirely optional. Ray is deeply passionate about the work he teaches and equally passionate about the programs he has developed for those who wish to continue.
For clarity, the course you are referring to is the Solfeggio Frequency and Energy Center Meditation Course. This is a comprehensive program developed from decades of study and application. Importantly, this is presented at the very end of the workshop so that attendees can fully experience the content without any obligation to continue further, at all, if they so choose.

Anyone who does not wish to explore additional programs is free to leave at that point. The course is simply offered as an opportunity for those who want to go deeper. Where other organisations offer highly expensive courses, we have always acted with generosity and in an authentic way offering our flagship course at $387. It is structured to be a highly accessible and generous offering relative to the depth of content and ongoing support provided. It includes a full video training series, lifetime access with no ongoing fees, guided solfeggio meditations produced with a professional music team, a detailed manual, access to a consultant for support, with no ongoing fees, and ongoing live training every six weeks for life with no ongoing fees where students can integrate and build relationships with a global community of participants. This course is offered to allow as many as possible learn these concepts.

5️⃣ Finally, Ray’s work has also been supported and endorsed by experienced professionals within the broader health and education space, and there are many publicly available testimonials from individuals who have applied these principles in their lives and experienced meaningful personal change.
We appreciate that your experience did not align with the many thousands of guests who have found immense value in this workshop. For those reading, we encourage you to explore the full body of available content and testimonials and make your own informed decision.

With respect, passion, heartfulness and meaning Lesley💛

Hi there Shannon, thank you so much for your words. I truly appreciate it. 💛 Sincerely.
A lot of heart, time, and effort goes into every workshop we deliver.

What we share is built from complex ideas and research that we work hard to break down into simple, practical processes that people can actually understand and apply in their everyday lives.

For me personally, what continues to inspire me is witnessing the transformations that unfold when people not only learn the material, practice the meditations, but begin to implement the concepts they learn at these workshops.

Seeing those shifts, sometimes in such a short space of time, is what drives me to keep doing this work.

I’m really grateful you were part of the experience and that you took something meaningful from it. Wishing you continued growth as you apply what you’ve learned. 🙏💛

Hi Lisa and wow back to you… thank you. Truly. 💛 What an inspiring emotional moment I had just then, as I read your comment.

Reading this means so much, because this is exactly why we do what we do. The willingness you brought into the room is what allows those moments of realisation and breakthrough to happen.

A lot of care and intention goes into creating these experiences, taking complex ideas and breaking them down into something simple, practical, and deeply felt….. so that people don’t just understand it, but actually experience it.

What you described, that moment that hit you in your soul, that’s the moment where everything begins to shift. And witnessing that happen for people, again and again, is what inspires me to keep delivering this work.

I’m really grateful you were part of it, and even more grateful that you allowed yourself to receive it. Wishing you continued growth as you integrate what you discovered. 🙏💛

Dear Ray and staff.

Dear Ray and staff.

Somehow you picked up on my energy from among the crowd at your seminar yesterday. You were also able to identify parts of my family upbringing and trauma that have continued to affect me, even though I believed I had worked through much of it years ago.

The experience was very powerful for me, and it has made me reflect deeply on things I thought I had already resolved. I truly believe in the work you are doing and will be following the necessary steps to help shift my focus toward healing and meditation.

At the moment, I am still processing everything that came up for me yesterday and reflecting on our conversation. Thank you for the insight and guidance.

Hi Pamela.
Thank you so much for taking the time to write this. It really means a lot to hear how the experience landed for you. Moments like the one you describe are often the beginning of a deeper reflection, and it’s completely natural to still be processing what came up for you yesterday. 🌿

Sometimes the things we believe we have already worked through can reveal deeper layers when we pause and look again with fresh awareness. That is often where the real shift begins. The fact that you are reflecting so honestly on your experience shows a great deal of courage and openness. ✨

We are very grateful that you were part of the workshop and that the conversation had meaning for you. Take your time with the process, continue to be gentle with yourself, and allow the practices around meditation and self-reflection to guide you forward step by step. 🧘‍♂️

Thank you for your kind words and for being part of this journey with us. We are always moved when people like you Pamela, acknowledge the efforts we put in, to change the world. Our work is groundbreaking, so of course not everyone is ready for it, so not everyone supports our non-traditional approach to wellness, health and life. Your words mean a lot.

False advertising

False advertising as a meditation and mindset workshop. It felt like a continuous loop of testimony after testimony to buy more expensive courses. Both days started late and instead of just going back to cover what we missed, we just heard more testimonials. It's was excruciatingly painful to sit through what seemed like just a sales pitch. My respect just dropped by the hour. The reiki session and the 2 meditations (about 5-8 mins each) we're helpful. But everything else was just a waste of time. If you give people value people will automatically go to your website and book your courses if they can afford it. I am genuinely so put off by the whole marketing tactic.

Janice.
You began your comment by stating this was “false advertising as a meditation mindset workshop,” so it’s important to address that clearly.

The workshop runs for approximately ten hours across the two days. During that time we present a large body of content around meditation, emotional regulation, and the science supporting these practices.

This includes research showing how meditation can influence the nervous system, stress responses, cardiovascular health, and overall wellbeing. This information is clearly displayed on via multiple slides on both days, and much of it before we guide participants through meaningful meditation experiences during the event.

The advert for the workshop is very clear "this is not just a meditation workshop, it is also about the science behind the power of meditation", and that is why we deliver so much important and impacting evidence at the workshop.

You mentioned the workshop starting late. On those particular days we had an unusually large number of people arriving right at the start time, which created a line outside the room.

Because the opening segment sets the framework for the entire two days, we made the decision to briefly hold the start so that people already seated and those still entering the room could experience the beginning together. This is very important for all participants, and we agree with you that it is not ideal, but we did make that decision.

You also described the workshop as a “sales pitch.” The workshop itself runs for ten hours, and at the end of each day we spend approximately thirty minutes explaining further programs and workshops for those who wish to explore our work more deeply. This is intentionally placed at the end of the day so that anyone who simply wishes to attend the workshop content, can leave at that point with no obligation to stay, and head home. There is no obligation to stay, and this is clearly mentioned before we explain other workshops, which many people stay to hear about.

You mentioned the testimonials. Throughout the event we do present testimonials and expert commentary to help people understand the real world impact meditation can have on their lives, their health, their self-wroth and their relationships. Testimonails help the audience listen to real people, who had their own problems and issues, and used this form of meditation to overcome thier own difficulties, so the testimonials are by real people openly sharing thier tramiua stories with you, to encourage you to make meditation a daily practice.

One of the pieces shared is a video from a respected psychiatric lecturer who teaches psychiatry internationally and who describes this work we teach at this workshop as “nothing short of astounding.”
So a genuine question for you, Janice. Did you miss that section of the workshop, or the scientific material presented throughout the day? Because many people in the room clearly saw and engaged with that information.

For many years now tens of thousands of people have attended these workshops across different continents and have spoken very highly about the experience and what they learned from it, not to mention the hundreds of thousands of followers who support Rays teachings on Facebook.

We are sorry that this particular experience did not land the same way for you as it has done for so many, but we stand by the integrity and intention of the workshop, its delivery and how we present it.

The Think and Grow Education Team.

(P.S. Janice, if after reflecting on the workshop you feel that some of the material may have landed differently than it did in the moment, you are welcome to return and attend the workshop again as our guest. Sometimes hearing the concepts a second time allows people to experience them in a much deeper way. Our door is open if you ever wish to revisit the experience. Just respond here, and we'll assist you)

Connor, thank you for such a thoughtful comment. It means a lot that you took the time to share that. 🙏
The work we explore in the workshop does step beyond many conventional conversations around psychology, wellbeing, and meditation. It brings together ideas from different fields, different traditions, and different areas of research, and sometimes that challenges the way people have previously thought about these subjects.
That kind of exploration does not always sit comfortably with everyone, and that is completely understandable. When ideas move beyond familiar territory, they naturally invite questions, debate, and sometimes even criticism. But meaningful learning often begins exactly at that point, where curiosity opens the door to new ways of understanding ourselves and our emotions.
What keeps us going is knowing that many people, like yourself, come with an open mind and are willing to explore these ideas and practices for themselves.
We are very grateful for that openness and for your support of the work.

In 2017 I first met Ray

In 2017 I first met Ray. I was 55 and I couldn’t find a job after 6 months and was starting to feel old and no good for work. So Ray told me to get out of my comfort zone . That sentenced pissed me off sooo much! But when I finally grew a pair of balls an did leave my zone I got a job at something totally different then what I was used to and it was going so good that by age 59 we opened our own company and we are growing fast. And still every day I hear Ray’s voice in my head Get out of your comfort zone and I have told the same to people who have needed to hear it and have seen the magic happening to their lives.

Thank you Diana for sharing this, it truly means a lot to me to be able to read and understand your story.
What you described is exactly why this work exists. So many people reach moments in life where they begin to question their direction, their confidence, and their belief in themselves. That's no them attacking our doubting themselves Diana, its actually thier own conditioning, Sometimes a single idea or challenge can spark a completely different path forward.

Reading that you stepped outside your comfort zone, to rebuild your confidence, and eventually go on to create and grow your own company is incredibly inspiring, not just to me, but to anyone who reads this. Stories like yours remind us why encouraging people to challenge their own limitations can be so powerful. And that's the work I do, and my work is not for everyone, and that's ok. It's for those ready to shift and integrate new concepts. New concepts can challenge peoples beliefs, and when challenged, they can attack, and some do so in whatever way they feel it will hurt most. So when I get attacked, it's not personal, it's thier conditioning, same goes for you Diana, if you get attacked, don't take it personal. Growth comes with a price, success attracts darkness.

I’m very grateful that you took the time to share your experience here, and it’s wonderful to hear that the message has stayed with you and is now something you pass on to others.
Wishing you continued success with your business and everything you are building.

We left the workshop early

I attended previously and chose to leave early. It didn’t feel like a safe or comfortable environment for us. Sharing in case it helps others decide.

I have had years of trauma therapy with a neuro-psychotherapist/psychologist who is medically trained in the field of neuroplasticity and also trauma. There were too many things he said that were just completely not factual. (I literally googled some "science" he stated whilst there because I was like ahh that is not true.....) He has no training, is not a medical professional and it's stated very clear in his disclaimer on Facebook how inexperienced he actually is in this field.

I felt some of the content could actually do people harm. Please seek proper therapy and information from professionals with scientific facts, clinical experience and proper training.

Hi Zara,
I will respond directly and clearly.
1️⃣ You stated that you left the workshop early. That is your right. However, it is important for readers to understand that you are commenting on a segment of a structured, sequential workshop. The workshop builds across the entire 2 days. Assessing it without experiencing it in full does not provide complete context, at all.
2️⃣ Later in the workshop, documented references, detailed explanations, and a recorded video endorsement, played to the audience, from a highly respected Australian psychiatric lecturer with decades of global teaching experience are presented. That material forms part of the evidentiary framework supporting the strategies I teach.
3️⃣ You are correct that I am not a medical professional. This is clearly stated in our disclaimer. The work is not positioned as medical treatment. It is positioned as emotional awareness and self regulation education. Participants are encouraged to continue working with their healthcare providers.
4️⃣ I take this work very seriously. It is built from lived experience, extensive refinement, and years of delivery. I do not present it casually, and I stand by its integrity. When commentary is made after partial attendance, as you have admitted, it is important to clarify that it does not reflect the full scope of what is delivered.
5️⃣ There are hundreds of publicly available testimonials from individuals who have completed the entire experience and implemented what they learned. I encourage readers to review the full body of available material before forming conclusions.
What we teach are impactful yet simple implementable steps designed to support personal responsibility and emotional wellbeing.
Ray Behan. Dedicated and serious about my work.

The Unthinkable workshop was a rare and great opportunity

The Unthinkable workshop was a transformative experience for me. I staggered into the workshop on day1 in a state of exhaustion and having been ideating suicide daily for over a year. I would leave at the end of day 4, as a somewhat transformed person.
The time in between was mostly positive. Ray is indeed engaging, caring, funny and eloquent. He knows exactly the message he wants to deliver.

I personally had a very hard time on day1, during which we as a large group were led by Ray and Deb, through the 'DeMartini Method'. The very nature of this method is pretty confronting and it's not meant to be comfortable!

However - not all of my discomfort was brought about by the fearless self reflection that the 'DM' method demands.
I feel that the facillitators were stretched far too thin for this activity, and/or not enough time was allocated to guide the entire group through the process and to the desired, productive outcomes. The wording, the terminology, the customised acronyms that are employed, the intimidatingly dense columns of type that cover the big A3 worksheet..... they need breaking down and explaining. The process, for it's inherent brilliance, is not entirely welcoming or quickly accessible to the layman. The 250-odd participating individuals in the room each had brought their own highly unique experiences, needs, 'blind spots', strengths and weaknesses to explore through the DM process.... hands started going up for assistance as many struggled a bit to 'find their own story' in the process, to apply this powerful technique to our own narrative and life experiences.

I can't help feeling that our very experienced facillitator's comfort and familiarity with the DM process has made them a bit complacent and forgetful of just how challenging it can be to a newcomer. And we were all newcomers - over 250 of us. One or two 'experts' of the method - even when supplemented by a number of helpers - was not and is not enough boots on the ground to ensure that each individual in that big room felt looked after and kept on track.

I personally hit a roadblock of interpreting some of the language on the worksheet around mid morning. I could not attract the attention of anyone to assist me and was reduced to holding my hand in the air like a drowning swimmer at the beach. I was at such a stage within myself in my life, that i literally saw no future - no life - after this workshop if I did not extract literal miracles from my time there. My hand waved as if i was drowning, and I was.

I have to make clear that i did not expect others to perform miracles for me - but such was my parlous and desperate state, that i knew i needed to extract EVERYTHING i could from this experience. And before lunch on day1 I was sitting alone in a corner, unable to attract the simple personal clarification i needed. Forgotten. Defeated and 'left behind' already.

Well - after a while the excellent Leanne, one of the QAC facillitators, found me, re-explained the step i'd stumbled on, and I was back into the activity. But Deb and the rest of the room (in my perception) had moved on without me.

I can only assume that plenty of people in the room got on okay with the deMartini method and arrived at their own revelations during that day, but I'll wager everything that many also left day 1 pretty confused and doubtful about whether they had understood or achieved anything.

I went back to my motel room that night, and i sat by myself with the worksheet for hours. And I did find myself in that worksheet eventually, and before i slept that night, I had metabolised a new, softer, more rounded, entirely compassionate perspective and narrative around one of my adult life's chief tormentors.
A quantum shift.
A miracle.
Like a big fat pulsing tumour in your guts, that has literally just dissolved and is gone for good. Months later, that blessed 'vacancy' inside, the place that used to house chunks of toxic anger, grief and resentment - remains blissfully realigned with understanding and gratitude.

Spurred by my horror for the alternative, I and I alone fought my war on that big sheet of paper, and i won.

But i was left thinking about all the others that were attending unthinkable, and I know plenty would have found their 'aha' on day1 in that function room.

I'm also sure others needed to take their work home that night, and found their revelations in the quiet of a solitary loungeroom or motel.

But I think about those who were left unsupported, and who maybe couldn't claw it back as i was able and fortunate to manage.

Day2 was breathwork, and was profound, a once in a lifetime chance with (that day) a brilliant facilitator and his large team of expert helpers.

Ray - Unthinkable is brilliant. But some people will have fallen through the cracks on day1, mate.

We can't leave ANYONE behind.

Hello Darren. Ray here and thank you for taking the time to share this. I genuinely appreciate you speaking up. 💛

1. You are absolutely right about one thing. Confronting our suppressed emotions can be extremely difficult. When someone begins to face patterns and feelings they may have carried for years, it can feel confronting, unsettling, and even lonely at times. If at any point you felt unsupported in that process, that truly matters to me.

2. The workshop is designed as the beginning of a deeper journey, not the end of one. It teaches practical skills and facilitates emotional breakthroughs, but the real work happens in the integration afterwards. Growth unfolds in real life, not just in the room. The workshop guest, must integrate the processes ongoing. Growth is a journey.

3. Because of that, we never intend this to be a one stop experience. Transformation is a ride. It is layered. It is ongoing. And it requires practice, reflection, and courage long after the workshop concludes.

4. No one is meant to be left behind. We stay connected with our community through live online engagement every six weeks for life. Please join in...forever. There is always a place to ask questions, raise concerns, reconnect, and continue learning. Support does not end when the event ends.
5. This work is about relationship, not transaction. We are committed to walking with people as they grow and integrate what they have discovered about themselves.

Thank you again for sharing your perspective Darren. Conversations like this matter deeply, because people matter deeply. 💛

Hello Aga.Thank you for your kind words and for taking the time to share your experience.
I’m always deeply humbled by the number of people who choose to show up to these presentations. People give their time, their attention, and their openness, and that’s never something I take for granted.
The experience works because people are willing to think differently, ask deeper questions, and look at their own lives with honesty. When that happens, real and meaningful change can occur.
I truly appreciate you taking the time to leave this review. Your feedback means more to me than you may realise.

Life changing.

The team are very friendly and helpful.
The courses are actually life changing. Its more than just listening to a meditation - its the education and support given that gives you the tools to change your life. I did the Evolve course and it has given me a completely different outlook on life.
If you feel stuck or find yourself in repeated patterns do yourself a favour and get in touch with them.

Thank you, Nicola, for your beautiful words and for your continued trust in the work.
It means a great deal knowing you’ve been part of multiple workshops and that the education, support, and community have made a real difference for you. The work is never just about listening Nicola, it’s about understanding yourself more clearly and having practical tools you can use in everyday life.
Hearing that EVOLVE helped shift your outlook and break old patterns is exactly why we do what we do. Your openness, commitment, and willingness to apply what you’ve learned are what create lasting change.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience Nicola and for encouraging others who may be feeling stuck. I’m truly grateful.
Warm regards,
Ray

Thank you, Maxine. Your words truly mean a lot to me.
Having you attend Evolve retreats across different countries, and walk alongside this journey for so many years, has been a real privilege. Your presence, support, and openness have added so much to the experience, not only for yourself, but for others as well, me included Maxine.
I’m deeply moved by how many lives are changed through this work. To see people from all walks of life come together, gain new awareness, and leave with practical tools they can use long after the workshops end is something I never take for granted. To now be sharing these teachings across the globe is both humbling and incredibly meaningful.
Thank you for your trust, your continued support, and for being such an important part of the Think & Grow family.
With sincere gratitude,
Ray

Truly inspirational

I cannot recommend attending these Workshops highly enough!! After attending the 2 Day Workshop in February 2024 I have since done the 4 day Workshop Unthinkable and attended Evolve in Greece last September. These were all highly educational and more importantly heart centred spaces for everyone to learn and feel safe & supported along their journey for personal growth and healing.

My initial interest was more about the "Man who changed his Brain" rather than the Meditations as I always believed Meditation wouldn't work for me as I've always struggled to slow down and relax. For 2 days the cost was so affordable that I figured if it wasn't for me then I could always leave early and nothing would be lost. Within the first 30 minutes I knew I had found the conversation I'd been searching for and was totally committed to the Weekend. A big bonus was learning more about the science of Meditation and how it works with the Body and now practice this daily.

Ray is a fabulous presenter who adds a great sense of humour while delivering deeply impactful scientifically backed information. I now love to volunteer at the Workshops to continue listening and learning and feel the presence of such deeply committed people.

What I have learned during this time has changed the way I look at everything about my life. The awareness I now have by listening to my Body and thoughts always and understanding how to make the best choices for myself which has enormous impact not only for myself but everyone around me.

I am forever grateful to Ray Antonella and the whole Think & Grow community for the work they do and the support they give.

Hey there Jo. Thank you so much for taking the time to share this. Reading your words genuinely moved me. I just love hearing how our efforts really do shift peoples lives.
Your journey from the 2 Day Workshop, through UNTHINKABLE, and then on to EVOLVE reflects exactly how this work is designed to unfold, step by step, in a way that feels safe, supportive, and grounded. The "UNTHINKABLE" 4 day workshop in particular is a space where people slow down enough to really understand themselves, their patterns, and the deeper drivers behind their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. The shifts that happen there are often profound because people finally give themselves the time and structure to look honestly and compassionately at their lives.
I love what you shared about coming for the conversation rather than the meditation. So many people arrive believing meditation “isn’t for them,” only to discover that once they understand the science behind it, how it works with the body and nervous system, everything changes. Awareness replaces effort, and practice becomes natural.
It also means a great deal to see you volunteer and continue to show up. People like you help create the heart-centred culture that others feel the moment they walk into the room. That sense of safety, education, and genuine support is something we protect deeply, especially in UNTHINKABLE and EVOLVE.
I’m incredibly grateful for your trust, your commitment to your own growth, and your ongoing contribution to the Think & Grow community. Seeing lives change, perspectives shift, and people take responsibility for themselves , and then carry that into the world around them , is something I never take lightly.
Thank you for being part of this journey and for walking it with such openness and generosity.
With sincere gratitude,
Ray

Life Changing Experience

This retreat is life changing.
From the start it is well organised so that we were all informed and knew the plan for the day.
There were many wonderful surprises too.
We had some free time to experience the environment and to reflect and process changes within us.

The environment in Greece was spectacular looking out over the ocean each day was breathtaking.
The food was healthy and delicious, fresh from the local markets and prepared with love.

Fabulous speakers with a wealth of information to share to help improve our thinking, feelings about ourselves and our life experiences and interpreting the messages.

Guided meditations with Ray, working through the De Martini process and QAC with Antonella, amazing breathwork with Mike Henderson, and a wealth of information from Darren Hey, and a special surprise appearance from Vishan Lakhiani from Mind Valley sharing his vision were all part of this incredible experience in Greece.

We were able to share our life experiences without judgment and work through feelings and trauma.

The team were awesome - Ray, Antonella, Shayla and Karen were always supportive and there to guide us.

The people you meet at these retreats remain life long friends. Many laughs and tears shared.

It is totally worth the experience.
It is a journey to heal your soul and your mind.
Prepare yourself.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this. Reading your experience really means a lot to all of us.
EVOLVE is created with great care, from how each day is structured, to the balance between education, reflection, connection, and time in the environment. I’m really glad you felt supported, informed, and also surprised along the way. Those moments of space and stillness are often where the deepest changes begin.

We also genuinely love bringing together world-class thinkers and teachers. People such as Vishen Lakhiani, Dr John Demartini, Kodhi Rayne and many others have shared their wisdom at retreats I’ve been involved in, including experiences where Dr Joe Dispenza was a guest speaker. These voices help expand perspective, while always keeping the work practical and human.

EVOLVE is now intentionally held in Blue Zones..... places where people naturally live longer, healthier, and more connected lives. These regions show us what happens when environment, food, rhythm, community, and mindset are in balance. Next year, EVOLVE will be held in the Blue Zone of Sardinia, a place that beautifully reflects the values this work is built on. Being immersed in these environments allows people to experience wellbeing as something lived, not just talked about.

I’m grateful you felt safe to share, reflect, and work through your experiences without judgment. The connections formed, the laughter and tears shared, and the friendships that continue long after the retreat ends are at the very heart of EVOLVE.

Thank you for trusting the journey, the team, and yourself. It’s incredibly moving to witness the changes that unfold when people give themselves permission to slow down and truly listen.

From me to you Jan,
Ray

With guidance and support anything is possible.

The start of my journey began with Ray way back when I signed up for a weekend online workshop I think it was called Limitless. Out of that I think Ray picked some of the attendees to contact and so our connection began. I was looking after my husband at the time and really my concern at the time was my husband. I had left my self care way behind and after he passed it was instantly shown to me in my health. I immediately contacted Ray and asked what meditation I should do and so my healing began. I was certain my solfeggio meditation and mindfulness contributed to my recovery from my diagnosis. I felt so supported by Ray during some tough times and so after attending a four day workshop in Perth I quickly signed up for the Evolve Bali and I met Antonella, Shayla and the team and so signed for the next two Evolves in Umbria and then Greece! I have grown and Evolved as has Ray and Antonella and the team! It makes one realise that growth is never done.
Since coming home from the last retreat I have found a peacefulness and calm that I have not experienced in a long time. I love my life! I love that by changing myself I have evoked a change in others and now I am seeing those passing those changes even further. It fills my heart with joy to see myself in the mirror and recognise the beautiful qualities in the person staring back at me. I couldn’t even look at myself in the mirror before my journey and even if I did look I didn’t see me. I have fallen in love with all parts of me and I love that I no longer fight to get rid of perceived ‘bad’ or other negative traits.
I can’t recommend Think and Grow highly enough if you are looking to fall in love with who you really are and find out what makes you who you are. To live a life that soothes your soul and gives you the opportunity to be the amazing version of who you were always meant to be.
Ray and Antonella and the rest of the Think and Grow team are amazing people. They provide a safe supported environment for all of the events they create.
I love that I am always reminded in some form or another of how far I have come. Those little reminders are easier to spot when you finally know how to recognise them.
Thank you Ray Antonella and team with much love and Gratitude 💜

Thank you, Shoney. I am truly humbled by your words and by the story you have wrote of here.
To be trusted during such a difficult time in your life means more to me than I can properly express.

What you walked through took courage, honesty, and a willingness to keep going even when life felt heavy. The work simply offers guidance and support, the real healing comes from the choice you made to care for yourself again. How cool.

Seeing how you have grown over the years, through workshops and retreats, and how that growth continues, is moving. It’s a powerful reminder that growth is never finished, and that each layer of awareness opens the door to more peace, calm, and self-acceptance.
What you shared about learning to see yourself differently, to soften instead of fight, and to recognise the beauty in who you are, really touched me. That quiet inner shift often creates change far beyond ourselves, and it’s beautiful to hear Shonay, how that has flowed into the lives of others around you.
Thank you for your trust, your openness, and for being part of the Think and Grow community. I am genuinely grateful to walk this path alongside you.
From me to you......

Think and Grow and change your life

My husband and I came across Ray’s work after my husband had recovered from a Cancer diagnosis and surgery. When my husband asked his surgeon what he could do to prevent this happening again his surgeon said ‘stop getting angry with people’ and so our search began for the emotional connection to disease. We attended Ray’s two day mediation workshop in Brisbane, the four day event in Perth and Evolve in Umbria in September 2025.
If you are considering attending stop thinking about it and just go. The people you meet will be like minded and chasing the same things as you are.
You never know, it might just completely change your life.

Amie. Thank you both for sharing your story with me.
What you’ve been through, and the questions you chose to ask afterward, take real courage. The workshops don’t “fix” people, they simply create a space where people can slow down, reflect, and see things more clearly for themselves, and then apply the processes that result in the significant changes that guests go through.
To walk this journey through the two-day workshop, the four-day UNTHINKABLE experience, and EVOLVE in Umbria shows a real commitment to personal growth. WOW.
I’m also glad you felt the connection with the people you met along the way. Being around others who are asking the same deeper questions can be very powerful.
Thank you for trusting the process and for encouraging others to take that step. Sometimes one choice really can change the direction of a life, right.
From my heart.......
Ray

Our Biography is linked to our Biology

I attended a Mindset and Meditation Workshop with Ray Behan. I saw how my current health problems could have links to past emotional events that I hadn't ever processed. I went away and did healing work around these issues. Suddenly, I started getting help and answers in the medical system instead of delays.

Hey there Rachel. Thanks a million for sharing your experience so openly.
One of the core intentions of the Mindset and Meditation Workshop is to create awareness around how unprocessed emotional experiences can influence the way we perceive, respond to, and navigate life, including how we engage with our own wellbeing and the systems around us.
It’s powerful to hear that, through reflection and inner work (QAC PROCESS), you were able to approach your circumstances with greater clarity and self-awareness, and that this almost influenced or kinda coincided with a more supportive experience in the medical system.
Your willingness to look inward and take responsibility for your own growth is what makes meaningful change possible. I appreciate you trusting the process and sharing your journey with others.
Thank you soooooo much,
Ray

A huge appreciation of the personal…

A huge appreciation of the personal sharing of Rays journey, passion, detailed research and authentic generosity during the 2-day meditation and mindset event.

My “chance” encounter -
occurred as a shared social media post Nov 25 for a 2 day meditation and mindset event in 2 wks time, the short reel drew me in as though speaking directly for me for exactly where I was at.

I researched this Irishman Ray, his online content and could barely wait for the event, which was great because I had already purchased 5 tickets.

The weekend was a seat on a rocket to propel me lightyears on this anticipated journey I have attempted to go deeper into many times before.

By “chance” I ended up attending alone (teenagers)
Over the 2 days - Ray captivated without ANY audience interruption (I can’t tolerate people interrupting in a learning setting ) The information so intense and significant my brain struggled choosing between listening or note taking.
I felt greedy wanting to inhale all the information available, like I had been starving and was now so hungry I was shovelling food in with both hands, which sounds weird to say haha
The meditations over the 2 days are still blowing my mind, the significance of the breath work to get into that state is continuing to hit now !
My self doubt, fear, and anxiety still steps in to challenge me, it feels less like pain and internal conflict most days now, and more like an ache, an opportunity to explore myself deeper.
Setting up a solid meditation and learning routine was tough during December and my busiest month as a sole trader in my business. Yet somehow it created space to make decisive changes because of.
I’ve loved waking up on this New Year’s Day today knowing what this year can be for me and my kiddo’s ❤️
