A poor level of cleaning and general…
A poor level of cleaning and general customer service skills sadly lacking!
Unless you are happy to accept an underwhelming level of cleaning service please use someone else.
To give a few examples:
Cleaning kitchen surfaces, but not lifting the toaster to clean the crumbs underneath, not cleaning the sink or taps and generally cleaning round majority of items on the work surface.
Not dusting skirting boards and plug sockets, or cleaning wooden floors underneath coffee tables, sofas, etc.
All items above were discussed directly with the company owners prior to commencement of cleaning contract and all were all confirmed as being included in a 'general clean'.
In addition to the poor cleaning skills it took almost a week for my house keys to be returned, despite there being no issue with outstanding payment. The contact received from the company owners during this time was obtuse and generally flippant, the keys were finally returned and were left unsecured behind my storm door where anyone could have accessed them.
Perhaps this was a bad experience for me, but if this is the norm for Think Clean Co then I'd think again!!

Hi Lorraine,
We are sorry to hear of your complaint and need to leave a one star review. I agree that you had issues with our level of cleaning from 2 members of staff which was quickly rectified with Think Clean supplying a different member of staff whom did clean to your standards. You yourself where happy to continue with cleans from that member of staff but unfortunately we had no option but to stop offering our services to you. You did not cancel us.
Secondly, the clean that you had asked for and paid for was a general clean, the cleaning specifics where outlined to you at the very beginning, even before we started attending your property to clean. Some, but not all of the issues you raised in your review where not covered under the "general clean" that you had agreed to which is against what you claim in your review.
I MUST STRESS that it was us that had terminated the contract, not you. I would presume that if our services where as bad as your review states then you would have cancelled after the first couple of cleans. This was not the case.
Thirdly, your property keys where returned at the earliest opportunity and we maintained contact with you until those where returned. We offered a number of different ways that the keys could have been returned to you sooner.
Again, I apologise that you appear to have had a bad experience with our business. I must say that its a first for any of our customers, past and present, to leave such a review but we wish you all the best in your future with any future cleaning company that you consider using.
