I bought an antivirus from ThinkEDU and provided all the requested verification for my educational institution. Only after paying and submitting my documents was I told my order was denied because I’m not located in the US.

Nowhere on their site or in the terms did I see any clear statement that products are restricted to US customers only. If they only intend to serve US-based students or educators, that should be made completely clear before checkout, not after they take your money and documents. (They did refund, but...)

This lack of transparency wastes time, creates confusion, and feels unfair to international customers. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this store. Avoid unless you’re in the US and are willing to take the risk.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM Purchase a computer from them that I desperately needed for work. This was not a cheap computer. It was an $800 computer. I am financing it. I’ve been emailing since September 12 telling them that my computer doesn’t work it not working and I still have yet to have a resolution although they promised resolution on the 16th just reached out to them again do not buy from them run.

This place is a fraud. Just fraud. Do not trust. Send invalid code.
