One of the worst Brokers
I've been with Thinkinsure for approximately 2 years. There have been a few times where my cat insurance has been compromised due to layoffs or sick leaves. When I call Thinkinsure to ask for help l, they're answer is that once the insurance company decides to ahit down my insurance, there is no way of changing their minds. It's cut and dry, with no support for their clients. They also pile on 3 to 4 monthly payments together, after the client is told that the money will be withdrawn between such a date and time. This has caused severe financial strain, and once again the client suffers while the insurance company continues to price gouge policies, despite their client's reaching out for help. Im now facing canceling my policy which could have gone a much better route if Thinkinsure was willing to work with me.
