Avoid at all costs !!!!!!
Think money do not carry out the relevant checks when a person opens an account and they also do not carry out a proper investigation when fraudulent activity occurs on an account.
Thanks to think money they have allowed a scammer who stole my identity - to open a think money account in my name - then when the account was used for fraud they put a very severe negative marker against my name with CIFAS rather than looking into it he possibility of identity theft.
If they had carried out the simplest checks with cifas either before opening the account or after it was used for fraud they would of seen that my identity has been stolen before and the scammers have tried to do this to me before.
This marker wrongly being put on my name has resulted in my banks closing my account and disassociating with me and leaving me with no access to my finances . due to the seriousness of the marker - I am unable to open any other accounts so have no access to my hard earned money. My employer will not pay my wages into an account that is not in my name so I left in a terrible situation.
I have spoken 5 times with their so called customer service and have just been told I am to wait for a response to the complaint and they have 8 weeks to do this.
I have still not heard anything back and I'm unable to even put food on my kids table
A disgraceful way to treat a person.

Can't honestly think why they put the advert out, it demonstrates a customer who obviously has no common sense and is supposed to be funny, demonstrating women like this is never funny. I really think they need to review their marketing.

This has now become an utter joke. This recurring so called subscription ( which it isnt) is so frustrating. I cannot understand how this has been ongoing for 5 months. If I contact them to inform them of this they just cancel my card. Last month I froze my card on the day it should have occurred. I actually stopped this card transaction. 3 days later think money cancelled my card reason detected fraudulent transaction. Back to square one. This month didnt see the point of freezing my card and yet again it went through. How is it that its only picked up when I actually stopped it going through myself. I have contacted these companies. They appear to change names each month. Its been chargerestore. Capturesure. Olympia is another name .Decline payments . Many more. Same amount same day but different names. They state that they act as a third party for some merchant but can never say which. I have no active subscriptions and fail to understand why these payments continue to go through. Its an obvious scam. My ex husband had a similar issue and Santander identified these companies and stopped future payments. Its the 13th of each month. If I freeze my card after its declined the payment the bank cancel my card. Also if it was a recurring subscription it would be the same amount each month and it isnt
I spent ONE HOUR on the phone to Think Money this morning the forst 50 mins with one agent who spoke with a foreign accent was WORSE THAN USELESS.....then I called again and got hold of Jamie.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Thinkmoney.
I received a £4,000 maintenance loan from Student Finance England, which was paid into my Thinkmoney account. I then transferred the money to pay for my accommodation. Shortly afterwards, my account was restricted and then closed, and the £4,000 became unavailable.
Since then, I have spent weeks contacting Thinkmoney by phone and email trying to find out what has happened to my money. I have raised a formal complaint (reference 1885826) and have fully cooperated with every request. Despite this, I have still not been given a clear explanation of where my money is being held or when it will be released.
The most frustrating part has been the communication. Every time I contact Thinkmoney, I am told that there is "no update" and that I must wait. Customer service says they cannot access the team dealing with my case, and the complaints team says they cannot provide any information about the funds. I feel like I am being passed from one department to another without receiving any real answers.
On 30 June, instead of receiving the outcome of my complaint as expected, I received another email saying they had been unable to reach an outcome and that they had extended the investigation until 28 July. This means I still do not know where my £4,000 is or when I will get it back.
This money is my Student Finance maintenance loan and is intended to help me pay for my living costs while studying. Being left without access to it for such a long time has caused me significant stress and uncertainty.
I understand that banks sometimes need to carry out checks, but I believe customers deserve clear communication and timely updates, especially when such a large amount of money is involved.
I hope Thinkmoney resolves this matter quickly. If they do, I will update this review to reflect the outcome.

Card function normal, with exception to using pin ! Didn't recognise my pin number. Upon using app. Following instructed information from call centre. Think based in Inonisia by sound of it. The app feature , show my pin. Failed to work. Each attempt. Sent email, i had viewed my pin. Wack wack oops. Erm no i Didn't. The feature Didn't work. Despite many efforts to resolve. Even so called centre Manager. Just same procedure. I eventually hung up. Made to feel ultimately embarrassed in Aldi. Where was using the Card. Now, supposed to build creditfile ? Bollox. I pay full outstanding balance. Then cant use darn card. Asked earlier in week test the app. Well. Result. 3 out of 10. Features do not work. Auto bot clueless. Going to stick with my mastercard. Having credit cards aint worth the hype.
Poor.

Clown company, certified.
They charge you automatically when opened £5 for a card even when you dont request it and then when you say remove my username and password details im leaving they say we cant, never heard such nonsense in all my life. Even when you leave them your login details will remain active LOOOL, what an elite company

Fast effective sign up. Fab bank so far. Smart account is worth the small fee each month if you regularly deposit cash . Cheaper than the percentage they charge for each deposit and you get other perks
