I purchased an optimiser for my solar system.I was told I would get a guarantee for my inverter in 28 days.this did not arrive.I did contact someone on the phone initially,and they said they would 'chase it up'.Still nothing.I have tried ringing since,but the phone just gives a whining noise.They will not answer e-mails.

Complete scammers. They tried to scam my 76 year old mother out of £3,000 for something completely not needed.
Solar panel system subsequently checked by a reputable company who said everything was working and nothing needed replacing.

This Lux stand alone battery inverter is a first rate product, sold by a company that doesnt have a clue about customer service. My order, delivered over a week ago, is still showing as awaiting shipment. No reply to emails or phone calls requesting pre purchase advice. The sole reason I purchased thru think renewable is that they took credit cards, so I had the protection of visa if they failed to deliver, which I fully expected.
I would never use them again, they are absolutely hopeless.
Lux Power should look for a much better company to sell their solar PV product in UK. One that is established and has proper customer support, such as Segen or Wind & Sun.
