Think Sport sent the wrong product in the right packaging! It has taken me three weeks to point this out - their reason for not giving me a refund.

I am sorry that you feel that our returns policy has not met your expectations.
Please allow me to clarify:
Your order for a pack of two Pro11 Stay-Put Toe Separators was delivered on the 15th of June by the Royal Mail, yet we were only notified of your concerns on July the 7th.
Sadly, and in the unfortunate event of an incorrect item been dispatched, we require to be notified of such instance immediately, in order to correct the error.

Furthermore, and as advised, the items you ordered are deemed non returnable on the grounds of hygiene, which in turn entails we are not able to accept a return of the items once opened and used - even if just for testing purposes.
Please allow me to also note that the non-returnability of the items on your order was notified to you during the process of placing your online order, in the form of a box stating "I understand this order includes a non-returnable product", you had to tick as a mandatory requisite before taking payment.
Given the above, I am sorry to confirm that on this instance we will not be able to accept your request for a return.
