I was wondering if a person needs to dress and look like a tart to use thin lizzy makeup? That is the impression i get from the adverts on tv.

Product broke twice, Thin Lizzy responded with because you purchased this from Farmers essentially they are wiping their hands of it. WHAT?? This is YOUR product NOT FARMERS! I purchased it twice since I thought possibly the first one was a dud, but the second broke the exact SAME WAY!
When reaching out to the thin lizzy team for a resolution I explained I liked the product itself but my concern about it breaking twice the exact same way. Their response essentially saying take it up with farmers not us.
Poor poor customer service and very disappointing as a customer of over 15 years.

I have experienced of using Quiq fix eyeliner. The tip and bottom are comes off each time when you remove the cap.
It’s make use of product very uncomfortable and messy.
The 0800 number no longer existed.
This makes me to believe that they are not interested give refunds and improve product quality.

So I went to order a product that has very mixed reviews.
It's 2 for 1 but still expensive (& the cost in shops is ALOT less, so it's more like buy 1 get one half price.

What bothered me more is they syate they have a money back guarantee within 30 days but I read the conditions & they expect it returned in 'as new' re-sellable condition. That is NOT money back guarantees work if your not satisfied with a product! How are you supposed to know if it meets reasonable expectations without trying it?

And I assume this means they are re-selling these to others who have no idea what state/heat etc theve been subjected to.

This alone has put me off buying. I also brought years ago a hair growth treatment & it done nothing so I think alot of their products aren't great given there's no scientific evidence the ingredients do what they say.

Note it's also sketchy the reviews. There's no way to leave a review so where are the reviews coming from? If you compare external reviews for their "Real complexion" product the reviews are terrible 1 stars constant ratings, but on theor website 90% are very good reviews.

Well what can I say about this company. I ordered a product called ucurl on 15/02/23 and still on 17/03/23 I have not received it. They said they deliver internationally. I've emailed the company and they have not replied . I would not recommend using this company as I've lost money and have no product. I gave 1 star but really it should be no stars as there is no product to review. Dreadful customer service. Avoid avoid avoid from purchasing

I'm always happy with the products and time it takes to deliver my parcel which is sent usually straight away. I will continue to buy from this company and highly recommend the service given.
