Came out of the blue, no email etc just a random text from a company I had never heard of. Only realised it was legit after speaking with the applicant.
Despite saying I was retired they asked for a copy of my last payslip. Then access to my bank accounts (only the current accounts with small or negative funds in them

I am of a certain age and not tech savvy. I had 2 attempts at uploading documents and spending nearly an hour each time. I had no choice but to contact customer service and spoke to Robert. He was excellent and very knowledgeable, patient with me and talked me through what I needed to do. Upload was completed and I learnt something. Thank you Robert,

I have recently had to use a few different services for signing documents on line. In addition I've had to provide documentation online in order to provide proof of identify an ownership of a property. I have to say that to date this is the best service I have used. Th instructions are clear and ensure that you have everything to hand prior to starting the process. I had no issues with the technology/process. I used a Google Pixel mobile. I'm not sure if this helped but previously I used Apple products and I would encounter issues.

Pretty good and easy to use app and handy for ID checks. Only criticism is that it asked for bank statements on one page and then didn't offer it as an option on the next page, which led to confusion and anxiety as to whether my check would fail.

An incredibly annoying identity checking tool that agencies et cetera are using instead of actually using people to do the work. Cumbersome and pernickety, and issues with the tech not working. A complete pain in the arse frankly.

Simple to follow and quick easy to follow advice when calling them. No issues at all.

I had some problems scaning my passport but the REAL problem was making a video of my face. The system seemed to have accepted it and then I was getting error messages while submitting the video and the system seems to have jammed up at that stage. So I had a face video that was seemingly OK but it couldn't be submitted. It seems to me the system has many teething problems that should've been ironed out before the system was released. i didn't contact the help line as I'd spent enough time trying to make it work. In my view the system needs further user testing and needs to be a lot more user friendly and easy to use.
