Scammers.
Absolute scammers. I contacted them about a specific chemical (through the contact form) and was told to send Bitcoin for payment, and they supposedly had that chemical in stock.
Communication was through WhatsApp on an Indian number.
Ultimately, I paid and they sent me a fake tracking ID from a fake shipping company (parcelsprintpro.com).
Actually, I paid twice because they tricked me into sending more, even though we had already made a deal.
Parcelsprintpro then immediately proceeded to send me a very broken email saying parcel had "cleared customs" (right after I paid? What?), also the "pick-up date" was a date in the future...
Supposedly DHL was to be used as a carrier but I am not getting a DHL tracking number, and I am told the DHL agent will "call me when they're in my city". As if DHL works like that.
Very clearly this is all fake.
I told my contact ("Jitendra") that I will write negative reviews and he said... "Good".
STAY AWAY, THIRUMALAI CHEMICALS is a SCAM.
