It was great to do the jeep safari, to the mountains, the drivers telling al lot of information, in dutch and Englisch. So the Children understatement it very good, in different ages. Nice views en fotomoment.

We booked the dolphin glass bottom boat trip, but the day before, we were told that it was unavailable as the boat was out of service until March. We could however go on the Catamaran trip for the same price, so eager to see the dolphins we agreed.
The website said the trip started at 10.30 am but the confirmation msg said 11 am? Anyway, we were picked up ridiculously early at 09.10am and spent an hour and fifteen minutes sat on the boat which set off at 10.45am!
Then the sales pitch started, lie on a sunbed €20, base ball cap €5, towel €10. You do get 2 "free" drinks, but have to pay for the cup they're served in. It was kind of like the sea-going version of Ryanair! Then before we got back to port, the tip box for the crew is literally thrust in your face. Now I don't mind tipping good service, but this felt more like a demand.
The trip was advertised as being 2 hours, but was actually shorter with a good 30 minutes spent in a leisurely cruise back to port.
The boat ride was pleasant and we did see flying fish and dolphins, which was magical - hence the 2 stars. However, I'd advise going with a different company, as there are plenty to choose from - and the competition had glass bottom boats operating too!

Amazing day on the Catamaran searching for Dolphins.
Booked the day before we wanted to go, for a special birthday treat.
A little panic the day I booked, received an email confirmation saying I’d receive a WhatsApp in the evening, confirming pick up location and time. Didn’t hear back at 8.30pm so I panicked, thinking it wasn’t going ahead, as I’d read some negative reviews. But did eventually receive the message at 10.45pm with all details for the pick up location.
Arrived at the location, bus was a little late but it was fine. Got to the Catamaran at Puerto Rico. Had a fantastic day, staff were brilliant, friendly and lovely. Nice vibe on the boat with great tunes playing. Two drinks vouchers (but only for sparkling water) you need to purchase a recyclable cup for one euro, but you can take this home with you)
As it was my birthday, the crew sang happy birthday to me, and I received a free Sangria.
Seeing the Dolphins in their natural habitat was incredible. Such beautiful mammals, all swimming in sync with each other. Was a truly delightful experience and worth the €€.
I would definitely recommend this company.

Buggy trip

Me and my partner went on the Buggy trip and it was so amazing would definitely do it again. They picked us up from Puerto Rico and dropped us back, I would suggest you take a scarf with you because of the dust in the air. xxx

Absolutely fantastic company been booking with chris for years now every time we visit gran canaria we do the supercat boat trip. Brilliant day out and staff are amazing

The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. As someone who isn't a fan of Sangria, I was pleasantly surprised and the beer was a big hit with the other half! It was my first time swimming in the sea and it was amazing to have the opportunity to see the fish. You can have a go at some discounted watersports which are a great value for money too. It was definitely the highlight of our trip! Food was tasty as well. The only downside is the floor can get really hot as you need to take your shoes off on deck and there was only one toilet which isn't great if you're desperate and there's a long line but other than that it was truly an amazing experience and I'd recommend to anyone!!

Very poor customer service after a bad experience on a boat trip from Puerto Rico, emailed them sent them WhatsApp messages but had no reply, avoid at all costs

We booked the private yacht and captain and we had a great trip. The captain was friendly and the yacht very nice. Everything was well organized and we liked it so much that we booked it twice. Will definitely do it again next time

Took the whole family on this trip and had a fantastic time, the boat was large and well equipped and the captain most helpful. Our grandchildren will always remember this trip.

Used these guys for a private yatch trip with a group of friends. I found them extremely responsive and helpful - and the trip was fantastic!

While the waters were too choppy to go boarding, we did snorkel and see an insane amount of fish.

George, the captain, was an absolute delight and made the trip so much fun!

Would recommend 100% recommend the private yatch trip specifically - such a laugh (and a cooler full of beer / wine / soft drinks).

We have used the private yacht service 3 years in a row and have nothing but positive things to say about the company and the captains. This trip is definitely worth doing we could not recommend enough - thank you

Booked private boat and captain hire for 3 hrs for 4 of us. Had a great afternoon and George was really informative and showed us a few of the resorts. Anchored near some caves and enjoyed some time in the water snorkelling and use of SUP. Drinks and snacks provided. Recommend checking on WhatsApp beforehand booking to check live availability. Thanks for a great time.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. The buggy tour was the best activity we did on holiday. Amazing views and very well organized.

We chose to do the longer trip and was 100% worth it. We saw multiple dolphins which was an amazing experience and the staff were so respectful how they went about it and still managed to make sure we saw some! It was a laugh but also relaxing at the same time :)) even got to do some jet skiing in our pit stop swim break 😋😋 really recommend paying that little extra to sit on the beds at the front of the boat too. All in all the whole experience was amazing and I would definitely recommend x

Avoid this company - Our boat hire was cancelled the day before. They have ignored our emails, calls and messages, blocked our phone numbers and blocked us on Instagram and will not return our deposit.

I would give them 0 stars if I could.
Worse company do NOT use. The boat trip was cancelled by the provider and no information was shared, they have ignored and blocked us on various social media and will not answer the phone. They have taken our money and provided NO service
