The absolute worse- avoid!!!

Placed an order with this is wholesale which was allegedly delivered by ups but nothing arrived at my house and they were unable to provide any photo evidence of said delivery. I was told I have to take this up with the company who dispatched the item (this is wholesale) so I called up and someone answered the phone. Lodged a complaint and was told it was going to be taken up with UPS. To this date, nothing has happened. Anytime I’ve tried to call nobody answers (they can see your phone number) so they know it’s me calling and I’ve emailed 5 times and had no update. We are £107 out of pocket and it’s been nearly 8 weeks since the alleged delivery. They have no customer service skills or any concern about sorting the matter out. If I could put 0 stars I would. Vile company.

Do not use this company. Issues started with a very delayed delivery and as a result some items needed to be returned. They were no assistance at all and I paid a fortune for a specialist courier to help. And then no refund for many weeks. Multiple emails sent and multiple calls made. Formal legal letters were finally send and then they refunded less than half the amount paid. When I could actually speak to somebody on the phone, I was verbally abused. Do not use this company.

Absolutely BRILLIANT SERVICE!!
I ordered a load of decking and spoke with a human on message then called to confirm. I then paid and read the reviews on here and literally thought “Owe No”!!
All delivered on time no damages at all absolutely brilliant from start to finish and great quality and cheap cheap.

Paid for a 9 point locking door, paid around £90 for del on top, item arrived, and a big dent on the corner, on top of that they sent a single point locking door, I have been trying for over a week to get it returned, they don't respond to e-mails, have to chase up. They have asales hotline that answers instantly, where as the customer support line, well it just rings or goes to answerphone, pretty much says it all when they hide behind e-mails!

I will probrably have to go to my card issuer to get a refund on this because this business only care about taking orders, but when things go wrong appaling business to dela with!

Wow what a shocking company!

I ordered some LIGHT GREY composite decking when it arrived it looked like anthracite grey as its the exact same colour of our tiles and paint which is anthracite grey!

Company advised me it's not anthracite it's light grey after sending them pictures of the light grey cladding we have against there decking it no where near the same colour it's anthracite grey. I asked if they could send me a light grey and anthracite sample to be sure they didnt want too they were just extremley rude I've never known such a rude company in life.

I've now seeked legal action.

I have all the images of there rudeness and there supposingly light grey composite decking. Advertised so wrongly.

Overpriced!!!! I order 12 frames from them and overpaid by £100's. I now know that Trenched Fire Frames should cost about £40-50 (including VAT) however i paid these lot £80+ (including VAT) for each of mine. Double the price!!! so angry!!! Got sucked into their initial false advertising as they under-price on the search adds - £29.99 but once you put together your order and select the drop downs for your order the price keeps increasing. I should have realised - but was in a rush to order as builders were onsite and i didn't know any better as i have never had to order door frames before. Would never use such a scam service again - defo not wholesale prices!!!! and the product quality does not reflect the double price. disgusting scammers.

I paid for next day delivery, however they only arranged for delivery once I chased them when the next day had been and gone. They have since ignored all emails about a refund for next day delivery. Disgusting customer service and a total scam. Order number 39140

The frame sent in wrong edge detail that was ordered no fixings only one pop rivet fitted on lock keep
I have corrected all but touching up paint work if anyone wants the images happy to
Share I have not bothered contacting as I have seen so many had reviews
Anyone reading mine if you want a metal door and you have not got skills to correct don’t order from the shower

Only shipped part of my order then refused to reply to any emails and they never answer the phone

I recently had my first experience calling the sales team at thisiswholesale.co.uk, and initially, it was impressive. The sales representative was incredibly fast and efficient, providing me with a quote and payment link almost immediately. Communication was easy, and they were readily available over the phone.

However, the problems began when I received my order. I purchased composite boards, and unfortunately, one of the boards was damaged. Although I managed to identify the damage and inform the driver, issues arose with the company's customer service.

I promptly took a picture of the damaged board and informed the driver upon unloading. I documented the damage on the delivery note, including my printed name and signature. Despite this, when I emailed the picture and details to sales@, the response I received was disappointing. They downplayed the issue, stating it was only minor damage to the back of the board. Additionally, they provided a digital receipt that was not the one I had signed and that failed to mention the damage. This receipt seemed to be a way to avoid acknowledging the problem.

Their customer service was unhelpful and refused to replace or refund the damaged item. This experience suggests that if you encounter any damage to your items from thisiswholesale.co.uk, they will likely find ways to deny your claim. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company if you value reliable customer service and accountability. Avoid this company to save yourself from potential frustration and unresolved issues.

I am pleased to report that the team at thisiswholesale.co.uk ultimately provided excellent support. Despite the initial hiccups, they managed to resolve everything promptly and efficiently. They responded to my concerns by sending the missing and damaged boards the very next day, allowing me to complete my project on time. This level of support was greatly appreciated.

Overall, my experience with thisiswholesale.co.uk turned out to be very positive. The initial problems were handled professionally, and the customer service team ensured that my issues were resolved satisfactorily. I would recommend this company for their commitment to resolving customer concerns and their efficient service.

Items arrived ahead of schedule. Had a lengthy email about the delivery process but to be fair I did choose the economy 7 days service and it did say manual offload. Driver was patient and waited while me and my took the delivery. Can’t grumble at that did what it was on the tin!

DO NOT, DO NOT. What ever you do use this appalling company. Do not be taken in by them!!! We have had the same happen to us as many people have, as the reviews on here!! Very badly damaged door, not usable , not fit for purpose, very unsatisfactory . When contacted them by email, no reply after 7 days. I tried ringing, i was verbally abused before i could even get a word out. I rang in all, 10 times, my partner has also rang them over 20 times.i was shouted and called names, the OBNOXIOUS, VERY RUDE, person on the other end of the phone did not even ask " How can i help" Very upsetting to be treated and spoken to in this manner. NO MANNERS!!! My Father is 86 years of age, trusted this company to provide a door to replace one. They have robbed my Father of a huge amount of money.
DISGUSTING!!!! I URGE ANYONE TO CONTACT THE OMBUDSMAN. SHUT THEM DOWN!!!

I ordered door frames, and two were damaged; I emailed them immediately and I am still waiting for a reply.

Door came damaged I called within minutes to let them know I was asked to send pics then never got a reply and just get attitude when I call to get it resolved

I made an order from this company waiting in 3 days, no delivery, when I called them they said money had been taken but order never went through, then they said my order was out of stock and asked if I would like a refund, which I replied yes, days went by, emails ignored and after some phone calls I eventually got refunded, was a bad experience and wish I never made the order.

Ordered a radiator & it was out of stock near the start or March, emails were ignored mostly and patiently waited the 10-15 working days, contacted again today to have a message saying will be another 10 days, very bad company / customer service DO NOT USE

I ordered 20 tile backing boards, which were delivered damaged, i.e. there was a large hole right through the cardboard packaging and one boards. The delivery guy from DX Express turned up a 5:30 pm in the dark, dumping the packages at my door, and rung my door bell after taking his photograph of another successful delivery. He then literally ran back to their van (quite funny to watch him on my camera). By the time I had brought the boxes into my house, it was clear the items were damaged, but the driver was off like rocket before I could even speak to him. I contact THISISWHOLE.CO.UK the next day and they argued with me via email saying I could cut this section off and use the remain part of the boards. I said this is not the point, I should not have cut bits off purely due to poor packaging and delivery. After a long email exchange they said okay we will collect them and give you a full refund. A few days later they sent DX Express back to collect them, then nothing ! Totally ignored all my emails (PS you can't phone them). Thus I have been forced to contact my bank and claim a refund from them. Use this company at your peril, I wish I had read the Trustpilot reviews before buying from them.

Ordered some really basic products, they sent totally the wrong size, which I photographed to prove, I then had to wait ages for a response, ended up having to reprove that I bought them from them, and have now got to wait 5-10 days for my money back, even though they have a collection receipt from the courier!!!
Don't use, they are useless!!!

IF YOU LOOKING TO LOSE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY GO AHEAD BUT MY ADVICE IS TO GO LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE . AVOID THIS SCAMMING MOB AT ALL COST . MOST THAN THAT THEY ARE NOT EVEN REGISTERED ANYWHERE NOT ON COMAPNY HOUSE IF YOU GOOGLE THE ADDRESS AND PUT IT ON STREETVIEW THERE IS NO SIGN OR NOTHING ABOUT THEYR OFFICES . THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING

Ordered a steel door 20th November. Nothing has arrived, completely wash their hands of your order once it’s allegedly been picked up by the courier. £400+ spent, contractor has had to move into the next job, meanwhile we’ve a gaping hole where the door should
