Good quality goods at a reasonable price and quick delivery.

Absolutt disgusting bed sheets have brown marks on them i think its pop or dried blood its used paper all over the place and its some kind of plastic under the tables never come here.

Order not received and no reply from multiple emails to the company.

Bought a bathrobe from this company at the end of November 2024 for my partner as a Christmas present, and by mid-way through January it was already coming apart at the seams in multiple places. Tried to contact the company 3 times, with no acknowledgement or response - seems they are not interested.

I bought a bathrobe as a gift for someone during Christmas 2024. It turned out that it was too small. I tried contacting Thistle to return or exchange the bathrobe ….its been almost 4 weeks with absolutely no acknowledgement of the 2 emails I sent or any form of response from them. I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN AND I WILL NOT ENCOURAGE ANYONE TO BUY FROM THEM. ABSOLUTELY APPALLING!!!

I have been trying to get hold of the company to return this item for 2 weeks now and get zero response . How do I return without any communication . There doesn’t seem to be a contact number for them available either .

Lovely colour, great size and quality. Quick delivery. All in all a fantastic buy at a very reasonable price.

I ordered two different dressing gowns, Thistle Company sent me two of the same, when I contacted them to explain this they responded by calling me the wrong name, not even vaguely correct! They then asked me to return the one that was incorrect which I did and they said they would send out the replacement as soon as possible… 20 days later and I am still awaiting the correct dressing gown, no one is responding to my emails and there is no phone number to call for an update.

Although their dressing gown products are lovely, I am not impressed with their customer service.

Trying to return the item I bought and it does not seem possible. No phone number , no response to emails , no social media presence . I hope I didn’t lose money .

A company should really not put delivery timescales that they have no intention of meeting. Rather disappointing.

I have been calling the thistle hotel luton for an hour and NO- BODY ANSWERS THE PHONE???????. This is terrible, I need information and can't get any help. Wish I had booked a different hotel now.😤😤😤

I still haven’t received my order

I feel they need to pay a bit more attention to detail!! I asked for a bit to go round side of my dorma window, apparently the sales person did not cost for that!! It would have been a 10minute job. I thought whatever came out would be replaced. I was happy with the 2 men that did the job ( Michael and Cameron) . This is a review on Thistle windows Aberdeen.

AVOID this company. Really bad customer service. Item not received after 2 weeks. Emailed and was told that the item had been marked dispatched incorrectly. Was told that the item would be dispatched that day. Still waiting with no communication from them. Have now been told that Royal Mail did not pick up their parcels. Constant poor excuses for why the item has not been sent.
