Did you know that your housing provider may not cover your furniture, belongings and other personal items within your home against theft, fire, vandalism, burst pipes and other household risks? That's where we can help. All social housing residents are eligible for cover and we don’t require specific types of lock to get cover. If your external doors can lock, then we can keep you covered.

I tried claiming under loss of personal…

I tried claiming under loss of personal property but it was refused as aparantly the dont cover money. This isnt true as its stated on their definition page of the policy

Donald at Thistle Insurance was Excellent

I was interested in buying contents insurance for the first time in my life and I asked Donald millions of questions, hypothericals, scenarios, and he sat through an hour long phone call to educate me, assure me, answer all my questions dilligently, passionately all while being highly professional and personable. Thank you Donald I signed up for insurance later that day....I appreciate you greatly ans hope you get a promotion and payrise thanks :)

James took ownership of my issue and…

James took ownership of my issue and rapidly resolved the problem. He was courteous, professional and responsive. I initially spoke to one of his colleagues who was also courteous, professional and responsive but had some difficulty locating the necessary information for dealing with the issue (in fairness this may not have been her fault).
