Really pleased with the service from Thistle Surveying. We booked a Level 3 Building Survey on a property we were purchasing and the whole process was straightforward and professional. The survey included a drone roof inspection and thermal imaging, and the final report was very detailed with clear photographs and explanations of the defects found.

What really helped us were the estimated repair costs included in the report. We had no idea how much some of the issues could potentially cost and, using the survey findings, we were able to renegotiate the purchase price and save a significant amount of money.

The surveyor was knowledgeable, approachable and happy to explain the findings afterwards. Considering the amount of information and reassurance the survey gave us before buying the property, it was excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend Thistle Surveying to anyone purchasing a property.
