I ordered the Snugpak Sleeka Elite from This Tribe during their February discount period as the price they sold the jacket was less than other sites by a considerable margin; even outside of the discount period. This does not only apply to the Snugpak but throughout the products across the website. Even though I did not pay for express delivery the products that I ordered were delivered the next day. This Tribe have exceeded what I expected for the price that was paid in customer service, price and delivery and I will certainly be recommending them and using their services again.

This was the only site that had the gtx mountain cap in a large black. it was also the best price with free delivery and fast delivery too.

I ordered my tent from Tribe and explained that I would be selling my flat and therefore needed the delivery before I moved out at mid-day the following day. I did'nt actually expect it to arrive on time as these things rarely go to plan, but it did!
An excellent service and an excellent tent. New Zealand here I come.

Ordered over the weekend and in use on the Tuesday. Well packaged and a great product. ThisTribe is now saved as a favourite on my machine

The order took a little longer than expected and so did the delivery but i was in no rush anyway. I will definitely use the site again and would recommend the site

I bought a Hennessey Hammock and the information on this tribes website was great. I really love my product and would by from this tribe in the future.

Ordered some items for my son as he goes in the army in April, items were quickly dispatched and packing was very good.

Gave 4 stars it would have been 5 stars if I could have paid through paypal but it wouldn't let me.

one placing my order, I received an e-mail from the vendor telling me that my order was being sent from two different sites and would therefore arrive separately. A personal touch.

Website is clear and well laid out, with all items in stock at competitive prices waiting to be bought. Paid for the Rapid shipping to ensure that it arrived the next day. Price for the item I wanted was in line with the cheapest, but these guys had it in stock and delivered it quicker than the stated time, so all in all a definite thumbs up from me.

The tent arrived today, went up in the garden this evening, is absolutely PERFECT for what we need. It's going out this weekend. This is also our new backup tramping tent (for when the backcountry hut backfires) - because I can get the wife in there too! Five stars. (Already have a work friend asking for your details.)

I belong to " Commando 999" and was told in an email that we would receive a 10% discount. I couldn't find anywhere to claim it.

Just purchased a Snugpak jacket & was delighted. A good price, a fast delivery & what appears to be a very pro-active relationship between store & customer which gives it that personal touch which is really good. Will certainly use ThisTribe in the future.

The web site was easy to use; the range of products is a bit limited, however, that could be helpful to someone new.

The order was delivered in the specified time and there were no problems with it.

Regarding the products:

I found the spoon part of the Esbit SS 2-in-1 cutlery to be small; the Light-my-fire plastic equivalent is no larger overall but the spoon holds about twice as much liquid. For eating soup, the Light-my-fire version is much better.

I have not tested the other products yet.
