This Tribe offered a great range of items, for all professions. The stock was clearly labelled and great descriptions. Couldn't fault a part of the process and even the website was easy to use. I found the experience second to none and I hope to trade with This Tribe again shortly. These guys clearly have knowledge of what they're talking about and the delivery process was quick and painless too!

Just finished a selection course and needed a few new bits of kit. This Tribe were the cheapest on the marker for several items, and had a wider range of kit available compared to the other more established stores.

Prompt delivery! Orderdon Thursday afternoon arrived on Monday! Messed up the sizes and phoned and asked what I could do as I needed it in a serious hurry! Had the right size the following day! Well informed by email and over the phone! Actually felt like I was dealing with people who cared not computer generated answers!! Amazing cheers guys

I definitely recommend this company and their products. After some research into various styles of A5 sized nyrex folder cover, I decided on the one from ThisTribe. When I ordered it, there was an issues with their on-line system, but their communication was second-to-none, reassuring me that the item had been send, whilst apologising for the issue.

The cover arrived well packaged and the faith that ThisTribe have in their products is well justified.

I ordered the Snugpak elite pile shirt. It was the cheapest price from a reputable company I could find and the delivery options were fair. I received the shirt in perfect condition the very next day during the early afternoon. Less than 24 hours after ordering! Cant fault ThisTribe and I will definitely be ordering more kit from them ....

Needed a sleeping bag on short notice as mine was damaged placed the order and emailed them to confirm that the order would be processed in time. They replied quickly and the item arrived when they promised. I would use them again.

The first good thing is that Rob actually answered my emailed questions, promptly and accurately. So, I then purchased a Snugpak Ionosphere Bivy/tent at a very good price. The second good thing is that delivery to New Zealand was affordable; some UK dealers charge delivery fees that should hire a whole airplane, but This Tribe was fine. The third good thing is that it arrived about a week after I ordered it, and it's exactly what I ordered. Happy customer, very happy.

You usually get what you pay for. But this time, the cheapest turned out to be amongst the best. Living in the Highlands has its drawbacks. Poor service and slow, expensive deliveries from on-line retailers is common. This Tribe buck the trend though. An easy transaction and super-fast delivery was the outcome.
I'll recommend This Tribe to my mates, keep up the good work.

Delighted with product I bought. Although I originally ordered the wrong size, this was quickly rectified after one email and there was no delivery delays at all. Highly recommended.

I was having kit issues having been separated from my spare kit just before being deployed. I desperately needed some items within 24hrs.

I left an email with the sales email address and got a phone call after about ten minutes. I was assured the kit would be with me and told to call back on a private number if I had any issues ordering thekit online. Less than 24hrs later the kit I needed arrived.

I rush ordered an item because i needed it the next day, so like it said, i ordered it before 3pm for a guaranteed arrival the next day. It arrived some time the next week. I wouldn't recommend the delivery service ThisTribe use. However they refunded me in full for the cost of delivery and the item. Really appreciated this great service i received from them.

Had a technical issue with my order. Created a support ticket on their website and the issue was rectified within half an hour. The item was delivered the next day. Very pleased with the service and would recommend to anyone.
