Unreliable shipping
Was told my parts were going to arrived 4-5 days upon order confirmation and it still hasn’t left the FedEx facility after 4 days. So my daily vehicle continues to sit on jack stands due to the fact these parts were to replace damaged parts.

Great people.
Ordered some brake rotors from these guys and even though they didn’t have them In stock they shipped the order very quickly and their customer service was great. They were in communication with me the whole time and when I called their customer service their representative was friendly and helpful. Had some reservations about ordering from them since I’ve never heard of the company but I will do business with them again.

It took a little longer than I hoped...
It took a little longer than I hoped for the transaction to be process. Placed the order on Thursday and wasn’t shipped till Monday. I needed the brake lines for an event on Monday so I paid for the two day shipping hoping that would be enough time for me to get them. But sadly it wasn’t hopefully this is just a one time mistake and next time I order from this website it will go a lot smoother.

Will made things easy for me to order, and gave me a great price. Looking forward to putting my new coilovers and camber arms on my car.
